“Worse Hotel Ever”
This is the worst hotel I have every stayed at in my life and I am from Africa so I have seen worst.1. Poor and ruddiest customer service every, there was no assistance or help with the luggage. they have you wait in the lobby for 1 hour for house keeping to clean the room and dont offer you anything.2. The location is ghetto...i mean dangerous, the front desk told me i should go out after 9pm for your own safety.. There was actually a shooting 2 blocks from the hotel the night i stayed there.3. There are no restaurant or fast food places around, you have to walk 3 blocks to get to the mall..otherwise the hotel restaurant is closed so to bad.4. The hotel smells like damp wet cloth..it smells nasty.5. The hotel is out...and i mean very out dated, the carpeting is old and smelly, the paint on the wall is old and dull. The rooms..OMG....the bathroom was disgusting, leaking taps and shower head hanging out of the wall.6. I killed a roach in my room, i could not believe it, i should i reported this hotel to the health department/ministry.7. As for the Air condition it is old and outdated like 80s, the thermal is so from the 80s i am so serious.8. The front desk and the rooms are like a good 10 mins or 100 feet. so you have to take you luggage all the way to your room. i swear it is a freaking joke.9. There is no microwave or coffee machine, unless you go to the elevator and spend $2 dollars to get hot water...Please look at PART 2 (No:9-12) why never to stay here.
“You get what you pay for.”
The hotel was cheaper than the rest in the area. There is a reason for this. It is located in the not so nice part of town, making it a little scary to walk from the hotel at night to the local strip mall down the street. The rooms were mostly clean, but holes in the curtains, stains on the carpets, and some weird crust on the one blanket. If you are looking to crash here for the night and are not planning on using the hotel to lounge around in to relax than it serves it's purpose. The restaurant was being renovated, which was disappointing not having a place to get drinks at the hotel. The continental breakfast is what you would expect. Cereal, milk, juice, bagels and yogurt.
“comfortable stay”
good stay .. pool was great ... nice hot tub ... too bad sauna was not working !
“Willing to return”
The place is a little run down in areas, for example the elevator, the gym and we had NO hot water, they moved us to a new room but had no hot water their either.. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.. The continental breakfast could have had a little more variety but it was alright..
“Not the best but not the worse”
broken air conditioner, broken ice machine, the women working were rude and basically said they were to busy to help me but the 2 gentlemen working made extra effort. They did a wake up call 3 hrs early by mistake then called again an hour later . Taps in bathroom were mislabel so got a cold shower and my brother got burnt. We were told "what do you expect me to do about it". If not for a quiet stay and a couple of good employees then I would have gotten mad. Will not be going back
“Perfect for my purposes”
The hotel was fine for my needs; basically used as a base and sleeping place. The staff was great but the gift shop and evening restaurant were not open (being renovated?) but are still advertised as features of the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was great especially since I had a late night arrival and early a.m. departure. Public transportation close to the hotel makes it very convenient.
“"Can't wait to go back"”
I had a very good experience in this Hotel. I will recommend to anyone.
“Upgrade if possible”
Hotel was old. The hotel looked like it hasn't been maintained in a long time. Unfortunately The pictures don't reflect the real atmosphere of the environment. Stains were found on the towels and the sheets/pillow cases. Had to run down to the store to buy towels and pillow cases. The water was cold most of the time with hot water only kicking in once in a while. The wireless Internet had a faded signal, only worked in parts of the room which made looking up attractions very difficult. I would pay the extra money to upgrade to a nicer place. It wad a mistake booking this hotel solely based on photos and location.
“Customer service was the best i've had. Will definitely go back.Very friendly staff.”
The days hotel was a very Warming environment. The staff was very friendly and customer service was great.Rooms was well maintained and clean.Overall i had a wonderful experience for my first hotel stay. Can't wait to visit again.Well spent.
“Not bad !”
AC wasn't working, no soaps in bathroom, not enough coffee for 2 (but then again, coffee maker wasn't working), couldn't order movies or games on TV ("unavailable for now" it said). No restaurant in hotel (renovating they say). Otherwise, nice quality hotel, very good expedia price. nice pool/spa/Sauna, small exercise room, small game room (pinballs etc..), nice interior middle garden to relax with tables.
