“Great place for out of towners”

I fully enjoyed the experience there, especially the service. Checking in was done quickly and with a smile. I asked for some help regarding meals and extras for the pool, everyone was helpful and prompt. The only bad thing I can say about this hotel was that some of the beds were uncomfortable and uneven. I'm sure this was not the case for every room but ours were pretty uneven and lumpy. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable hotel and will definately go back if I have the chance.

“Great Toronto Airport Hotel”

We had a very relaxed enjoyable night at the Crown Plaza. The tv in our first room wouldn't turn on. We only had 15 minutes before Survivor started. They had maintenance men to the room in 3 minutes. They determined it was the tv and not the remote. They arranged for us to change rooms and we were next door with the tv on, before the show started! How's that for service. “Comfortable room with helpful staff”

Despite checking in after midnight following a long flight the staff were very helpful and ensured we got to our room as quickly as possible. Courtesy shuttle bus from and to the airport was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel as a stopover between flights although would not recommend it for any longer as it is VERY close to the airport.

I was very pleased with the hotel and the convenience of nearby resturants to dine and shop ... within walking distance. However, the hotel has a fine resturant.

The Park Plaza Airport Hotel has everything going for it:close to the airport, but not so close one is bothered by constant air traffic, excellent shuttle schedule, and great room service. The meals on the room service menu are more varied and cheaper than in the dining room.

Nice business hotel near the airport. The room is comfortable, tho a little crowded. The hotel runs a free shuttle to the airport every half an hour. It would be much better if the shuttle is more frequent.

This is a good and quite hotel. Although the facility looks little old, it is comfort enough for short time stay like me (2 night). The rate is excellent. The most attractive part is the location which is less than 1km from the airport.
