Great Hotel
5 mins away from an entertainment plaza which had a movie theatre and restaurants. The breakfast included was awesome, hot and cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to freeway
We stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding. This hotel was reasonably priced and cheaper than the other hotel down the roadway that was booked for the wedding, even though it did not have a pool. The staff were always friendly and the rooms were spacious. There was plenty of parking and it is close to the freeway. An elevator would have been handy and the breakfast was OK, although some items could be added / need attention (oatmeal was runny, eggs were powdered, no beans or hash browns). I dislike having to be charged for a security deposit at check-in, even though it is refundable at check-out, but I guess that is standard at every hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

Convenient and exceeding expectations.
I have no complaints about this hotel. The room and common areas were clean. It was quiet in the room. The service was cordial; breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel self serve.

Nice hotel that was easy to find
The hotel had curb appeal and provided a full breakfast. Staff were very helpful. It was easy to access from the highway. I would stay there again!

Good hotel, close to QueenElizabeth Way.
I enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn and would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful, it is beside the Queen Elizabeth Way but we weren't disturbed by traffic sounds. The young man in the breakfast room was quietly efficient and did a great job. I really wasn't expecting the hotel to be as good as it was, based on some of the reviews I had read,so it was a double treat. I've stayed at 9 different hotels in the last two months and this one rates as one of the best ones.

GREAT overnight staff!!
I stupidly bought a bottle of wine that required a corkscrew. Thought I was screwed (or not...OH bad pun!), but the wonderful gentleman at the desk managed to find one. And I needed scissors as well so he got me a pair. VERY nice folks!!

Have stayed here a number of times, and enjoyed. Very clean. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast included. with waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Front office staff very helpful

Experience was very good! Excellent breakfast. Guest laundry was really convenient. Close to the highway. Somewhat reasonable in price as most of the hotels in Toronto were outrageously overpriced for only one night.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It may be further out from Downtown Toronto than you realise especially as traffic has increased significantly since I was last in the area (June 2015). Immediate area doesn't have so much, car essential. But hotel spot. Superb buffet breakfast with 3 hot options (varies by day) as well as continental & waffles. Lots of extras, like the excellent complimetary cookies in the lobby. Laundry & fitness room well kitted out. Easy access to QEW. Only down side for me was inability to open a window, but I'm sure there are good reasons for that. Top notch aircon keeps room temp fine (even in record breaking September temperatures - 35C). great choice for a base if visiting places on either side (eg Toronto & Hamilton area)

We recently stayed at the Country Inn By Carlson Oakville for five nights. Our room was clean, quiet, air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the complementary breakfast was good.

Our room was spacious, very clean and updated. The continental breakfast was excellent with so many choices. The only downside was that the lobby and hallways need to be updated especially the carpet.

Hotel is awesome. This was my 2nd stay for three nights. Breakfast was awesome, something for everyone. Staff were amazing and friendly. Close to the hwy. I wad there on business for an event in Burlington, it's close and decently priced. .Highlly recommend

Nice stay but upon checkout I had to inform the desk staff that the hot water side of the bathroom sink did not work so I was unable to shave using the sink, had to bend over and use the shower faucet which was a little inconvenient.

Very good hotel
Staff really helpful and friendly convenient location only approximately 25 mins drive from airport niagra falls 60 mins drive and downtown Toronto easily reached by train from Oakville Go station. Breakfast is a bit monotonous if on a long stay but it's free so not a complaint just an observation

Nice hotel near highways in Oakville
I needed a place to stay with a friend from London to visit a friend in Oakville.This hotel was 2 minutes away ftp my friend's, and close to the QEW.The room was spacious & clean, the staff courteous, and the breakfast reasonable. If you need a Tim Horton's fix, there is one next door!

The computer in the main room of the hotel was unbelievably slow. Transferring my photos from my camera to the cp would have taken 8hours. I didnt have time to sit there for 8 hrs, nor did i feel comfortable leaving my camera there. Extremely dissapointed with that. But that was honestly the only thing i can say was not up to par... so if you dont have a camera with pics you need to transfer.. this place is a gem! Highly recommend the jacuzzi suite. Beautiful large room. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. Oh yea, on an odd side note... the wooden cowboy in the lobby by the fireplace is slightly terrifying. Maybe its just me? Lol.

Adequate hotel for brief stay.
Hotel needs a refit. However, room was clean, bed comfortable, and air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was good although room is crowded and noisy. Only issue was lack of hot water in the morning. Didn't have time to call in repair but mentioned it to desk staff on way out. They seemed unconcerned and didn't even apologize. Price reflects what you get.

moderate hotel but getting to be a bit tired
When I booked online using Expedia, the Expedia agent asked if I needed a shuttle. I did not need it so declined the service. When it was time to check out the night before I spoke to the desk clerk and arranged a shuttle by giving my room number and the time I would need it. He wrote it down. The next morning I checked out and asked if the shuttle would be on time, that desk agent told me they did not have a shuttle and I would need to take a cab to the airport. The ride to the airport cost me $60.00 I did have other family staying in the hotel who did have a rental car and offered to take me to the airport but I declined the offer as I was going to use the shuttle. I feel like I was misled.
