“Loved this hotel”

This was my first trip to Toronto and it couldn't have been better thanks to this wonderful hotel. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms, queen bed and was perfectly happy. The set-up was done well so you didn't feel crowded. The wood floors, generous windows, city views, flat screen tv, relaxing decor all were top notch. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were super clean. The bathroom was good sized, shower was large and again there are shelves, hooks, etc. everything you need to comfortably store and put away things so you're not crowded. Last, the location was the best. Short walks away from Chinatown, Younge Square, King Street, Queen Street, Eaton Center, everything. I didn't try the spa, but stopped by and it looked wonderful as well. My only slightly negative comment would be, if you're highly sensitive to smells you may have some issues. I declined the insense in my room each night so that wasn't a problem. I noticed in the elevator there was a sligt scent either from the spa or insense again. I'm a bit sensitive and remember thinking if you were highly sensitive you may not like that. Anyway...it was by no means overpowering, most people will probably enjoy it. Stay at this hotel...it is great.

“Very Upscale”

This was not exactly what I expected but overall I liked it. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. It had a washer and dryer in the suite which was great. The staff was very friendly and facility was very clean.

“Great boutique hotel, you won't be disappointed!”

Hotel was really great, and my room was amazing! Had a view of the cn tower, a small kitchenette ( which is really usefull for longer stays) and beautifull bathroom, little touches such as the incence and healing crystals made it a really unique experience. I did eat in the resturant and it wasn't that good but there are plenty of good resturants in walking distance. Overall definately worth a look!

“excellent”

This is our fourth stay at this hotel and we find this the most relaxing hotel ever.My wife has astma and she loves the air quality. The rooms are large and the bed is fantastic. From the front desk staff to the valet parking i have nothing but praise for them. This would be an ideal location for a short term business stay.

“Relaxing and peaceful”

Although just a one night stay, we had a fantastic time at the Cosmopolitan. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was beautiful and very peaceful and relaxing. Made for the perfect romantic, relaxing getaway. Would definately stay there again. Felt like an apartment or condo more than a hotel.

“a secret treasure”

This hotel has reconditioned apartments to provide kitchenettes and even washer/driers for its guests. It is hidden not far from Yonge St and the heart of downtown, but gives a feeling of seclusion and quiet. The staff are great.

“Excellent in every way!”

The suite at the Cosmopolitan was very tastefully decorated, with a Zen feel to it. Every aspect was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was very well equiped and very useful. Relaxing, meditative CDs were also provided. The staff was extremely cheerful and helpful. For us, by far the best hotel in Toronto! All our future stays in Toronto, will be at the Cosmopolitan!

“Great hotel. Gorgeous rooms, great staff, would definitely go back!”

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Toronto recently and chose this as our hotel. The staff was VERY helpful and nice! We loved them. The rooms were gorgeous; they were just like a mini apartment. Very soothing and a relaxing atmosphere. We got massages in the spa, which were great. If we come back to Toronto, we're definitely staying again!
