“Very impressed”
Greatly impressed with this boutique hotel. Suite was very well planned and very suitable for long and short stay situations. Hotel is well located to the downtown and within seconds of subway, bus and taxi routes. Intend to go back in the near future and hope then to try the lobby Asian Tapas Bar was has been highly recommended.
“Great Hotel”
Hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything you would need.
“Home away from home!”
The staff was friendly without being intrusive and the rooms were supurb. My boyfriend and I (both early-thirties professionals from Manhattan who travel for both work and pleasure often) were extremely impressed with the hotel and its staff. It felt as though we were apartment-sitting for a friend with a butler, not like we were staying at a hotel. We would both highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto (excellent location for both tourists and business travelers as well!)
“A wonderful place to stay”
The hotel was a bit hard to find, but worth the effort. It boasts about being a stress relieving place to stay and managed to meet my expectations. The staff are warm and friendly and the room had all the amenities of home, and then some.
“Incredibly relaxing!”
If you are looking for a relaxing stay in downtown t.o. there is no better place than this.
“It's all good!”
Location is excellent Staff was very helpful and personable Knew the area and had recommendations whenever we asked The only thing we would have liked in our room that we didn't have, was a sofa. There were two chairs (very comfortable chairs) but sometimes ya just want to cuddle up on a sofa - not go to the bedroom, to watch a movie.
“Worth every single penny...”
This hotel was unbelievably relaxing. It was very exciting to be away from home and in a big city with a lot to do, but you almost don't want to leave the room because it is so comfortable like home (without any pressure)! Also, the staff is extremely curtious and helpful. We absolutely loved it and want to go again soon!
“Ahhh...be ready to relax”
This is a place for relaxation - from the dimly lit entrance and elevator to the seclusion of your room. My stay was all that I expected & more. The spa and hotel staff were wonderful, restaurant has great ambiance with Asian flare, but pricey. This is a private stay place and if you get into the relaxation concepts, you're in for a real treat. Yes the rooms are compact, but workable. Walk around the corner to King St. or down to Front Streets' shops & restuarants...and you have it all. Look forward to returning :-)
“chill spot”
this hotel was very nice. Location is very convenient. Staff was extremely helpful & nice, in fact on my second to last day one of the ladies gave me a hug telling me she wasn't going to see me my last day & to take care.. I thought that was sweet, bc she helped my friend & I w everything. Even where to find weed.. If that's not love, she even took off things from my bill & extended our checkout time.. Hotel was on point & I had a very nice experience in Toronto.. I would definstely stay there again!
“True Gem”
Fantastic hotel - incense of your choice waiting in your room each and every night for you to de-stress. The kitchenette is a big help for those healthy conscious people. The staff is delightful always saying "welcome back" or other appropriate greetings. Location is key to shopping, harbor, restaurants, markets, entertainment venues, etc. Delightful stay ~
