Nice layout in public area, the lobby looks new and cozy, only wireless doesn't work in room, the ladies at front desk are warm and nice to everyone.

“Comfort Inn Toronto Airport”

Very courteous staff. If arriving from YYZ, be certain to take their shuttle to the hotel. It can save you $20 in cab fare.

“just a room for the night and that's all”

Check in was slow, check out was even worse. Room was abaout as clean as my garage on a bad week. but if you need a room close to the airplanes, then this is one you can look at. do not go there for a fun filled family or intimate night cause it aint gona happen.

Travel the distance and go down town.The extra money spent will be greatly worth your value in return.

Since this hotel has become "Comfort Inn" the competence of the staff has reduced greatly. Arriving late night I booked a 6:00 am shuttle to the airport and a 5:00 am wake up call. I awoke at 6:35 to realize I would not make my flight. The alarm clock would not work and the phone was dead and not one person checked to see why it was not answered. The staff's attitude was "too bad". I have used this hotel at least twice a year over the past 5 years but will not returrn or recommend.

“I will go back”

I was impressed with the hotel for the price. It is not a luxury place, but good for an overnight stay. The only complaint I have is that when I came to check out, they tried to charge me more than I had been quoted by Expedia. I complained, and after a little hassle, they agreed. The breakfast was not available, as I was leaving early, before the restaurant was open, but they provided me with muffins and drink, which I felt was good of them. I would recommend this place to others.
