“Location Location Location”

Call the shuttle on the way out, wait five minutes and in ten you are there. It is across the street fron a shopping mall a TIM HORTONS is almost next door. The hotel gives a $25 certificat for each guest to play at the casino. (15 mins walk) The staff vary. some are kinda EXPEDIA alergic others are great. Restaurant is prety good but have great breakfasts. More comfortable chairs would be welcome. We have stayed there 11 times and are booked two more times this winter

“great full”

Got to the hotel to find out that they did not do park n fly Expedia sees it on there computer as free parking talked to front desk . They waved the fee because they wanted to have good relations with Expedia also he mentioned to them that we didnt give him a hard time

“Convenient But Needs Improvement”

Definitely this hotel is convenient to the mall in Etobicoke and to the restaurants across the street but the actual room needs some work.....for example the ceiling in the washroom above the toilet had a water bulge that looks like it was patched up a couple of times. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and it looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool was too small and the coffee in the lobby wasn't there at the scheduled times....Also, coffee in the lobby should be provided to the guests for the whole day instead of from 10PM-8AM each day. Finally, the wireless internet connection was slow and I didn't like the fact that the staff or the hotel information book didn't provide the name of the network you should go on....bad for security. Also, the staff forgot to provide me the internet wireless code for the network, which I didn't know I needed until I called the front desk. As for the front staff, the gentleman on the day I checked in wasn't friendly at all.

“Good value”

Good value if you are just looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable room to sleep. Be sure to book your shuttle trip to the airport in advance; this hotel's shuttle service doesn't follow a fixed schedule like other airport hotels we have used.

“Consider giving this one a pass”

Glad I got this one at a really low price, otherwise I would not have been satisfied. All of the vending machines were out of order. The room was clean enough, but the room was really tired and dated, as is the rest of the property. Staff were less than enthusiastic, and they majorly screwed up my shuttle reservation so if I had been cutting it close for my flight, I would have really been in trouble. It's also a piece away from the airport, so not very convenient in that respect. For a few hours sleep and a quick shower, this hotel is okay if you get a really low price, otherwise, I'd give this one a pass.

“Very convenient for Airport & North Toronto”

We stayed at this hotel because we could not get anything downtown. TIFF was on. It was surprisingly very good and actually very close to the airport. This is a feature that we also require several times a year and so we would not hesitate to stay there again.

“OK place for airport departure”

This place is on the verge of 'low end' judging from the lobby. But surprise, the rooms are comfortable, clean and large! So 'go for it' -- it looks like a 'truckers stop' (and is that too!) but more likely than not it will turn out well. Shuttle service to the airport works!

“Internet not so much.”

Give everything a pass, but the Internet speed is the worst of the bunch. (I work out of town every week.) Although this was one of the more convenient locations for me, any time saved by traveling was undone by the time spent reading email. Forget about video conferencing with family back home. Forget about video. Pictures download line by line. Great if you want to reminisce about the good old days of dial-up. Everything was clean, except the bathroom vent which was clogged full of dust. Pool has a nice lay-out for swimming laps. Whirlpool is the best of the bunch. Strongest jets I've experienced, was a great massage. Didn't experience any aircraft noise like some places I've been at. Staff did their job.
