“Great time in Toronto”
Great Hotel in great location.
“With hesitation, I would book this hotel again.”
Great hotel in an excellent central location. Rooms are very spacious. Having a separate sitting room with microwave and two TV's is the difference from feeling like a hotel to feeling like a home. Gym and spa pool on top floor offer great views.
“Ideal location.”
Great spot. Friendly staff.
“Great Deal”
This hotel was great for the price. The bathroom was a little dated (shower drain wasn't attached to the floor), but other than that, the room seemed new and clean. Nice pillows. Wi-Fi only comes with some of the rooms, you have to pay if you are staying in a "deluxe" suite. I think Wi-Fi should just be included in all rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Nice comfertable hotel with kids”
Great location. nice comfy room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Parking is expensive normal rate for 24 hr s in surrounding areas $18 they charged $22. Hotel guest should get free parking until at least check out time 1pm.
“Good value.”
Cambridge Suites is definitely not a "luxury" hotel, however, it was a very good value for the money. The set up and bed were very comfortable. The furniture was a little dated, but more than adequate. The downtown location is very convenient. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean.
“Highly recommend.”
Nice hotel. Room seemed more like a small apartment and was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable of where attractions are and the best way to get there (is it walking distance or take subway). Location was great, within walking distance of many of the main attractions of downtown. Will stay there again.
“Would definitely stay there again”
I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was well taken care of. I only wish they had a more affordable bar/restaurant on site.
“Classy, Comfortable, and Friendly Charm”
We loved it! The suite was perfect for the week's stay. Loved the privacy of the doors into the bedroom/bath. We had 2 TV's, bar and frig w/sink, glasses, etc. Plenty of towels and amenities, and very large bath countertop.. Terrific concierges...knew it all and were spot on. Front desk super courteous. Lovely exterior and charming, European-looking lit entrance. Great bar and adored the salmon, asparagus, and potato meal. All in all, FANTASTIC!!
“So called High speed internet was very slow and totally down for half day”
First, My original reservation is king size bedroom. I arrive at hotel at around 9am and was informed no available room until 4pm. However, when I check-in again in the afternoon and enter the room, I found it was two queen bedroom. Until i go downstairs and ask the reception why, I was told all king bedroom were sold out. So, why no one tell me the situation and double-check whether is ok before i get the key? Secondly, wifi is very weak both in lobby and room. The worse thing was the internet was totally down from 9pm to next day 11am, I can't access the Internet any more. When i ask he reception, he said IT was trying to fix it but no time schedule. so that I had to find a proper cafe shop and fix my work. I've traveled many cities and stayed many kinds of hotels. The reason I choose Cambridge Suites is not only because of good service reputation, but also the Internet service claimed. However, I'm sorry to say I can not experience as premium and home-fell as other hotel this time
