Our one night stay in the hotel was very nice. The room was pretty standard but it was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Staff at the check in was really friendly and she provided all the informations we needed, very professional. Our overall stay in this property was a good experience.

I only stayed here for part of a night between flights, but the thing they don’t tell you until after you have booked is that their “free shuttle” does not go between 12am and 5am. My first flight arrived at 12am and my next one left at 6am so I could not take the shuttle either way which ended up costing me an extra $60. I only booked at this location because of the free shuttle, otherwise I should have stayed closer to the airport to make it cheaper to taxi back and forth!

Your typical Best Western nothing extraordinary. Rooms & beds are comfortable but definitely a little on the dated side. Complimentary breakfast is basic but fulfilling. They do offer an airport shuttle aswell. Plenty of free parking around the hotel is an added bonus. Overall it’s a great spot to crash overnight if you have an early morning flight out of Pearson.

When we walked into our room, we were met with offensive odour. It was perhaps a combination of urine/vomit, wet carpet and floral deodorizer. We went back to the front desk to request a different room and we're told they were fully booked. The night manager offered us a fan, but no recognition that there was anything amiss when entering the room and turning on the a/c. Complementary breakfast: Luke warm soggy potato wedges and turkey sausages, dried out croissants and bitter coffee. The bed and sheets were good, and the airport shuttle was good (though it does not run after midnight, so our arrival at 11:50 meant an expensive taxi ride. We could open a window to help vent the smell and humidity. Seriously considered renting a van to sleep at the airport instead.

Staff were pleasant. Room looked clean, but smelled musty, and on the second floor the smell of cigarette smoke was strong. I came home with bed bug bites which I expect were from this hotel which is frustrating but I understand can happen to any hotel. Hotel shuttle every hour didn't work for my flight unless I wanted to go VERY early so I ended up paying for an uber anyway. Bed was comfortable for what that's worth and hot breakfast was good. Won't stay again.

the only TWO issues i had with the stay was that the shuttle was a LONG time in coming, i'd arrived at the airport and the shuttle took it's jolly time to show up. the other issue was the door lock to my room was VERY troublesome, clearly there was an issue with the mechanism. i told the front desk about it as i left. after some fussing i did get it to work and was secure in my room, but i was too tired to have them deal with it when i arrived at 2315. the room itself was excellent. clean, tidy, no issues at all. and the shuttle, when it DID show up was just fine. no shuttle until 0500, and my flight was at 0630, so i LYFT'd to the airport at 0415...
