“Home away from Home”

Was very happy with the customer service, and room was well kept up. I do have however a problem with their CARD KEYS... work when they want to. Another thing I can *PICK* on is that we did wait for over an hour for extra pillows, but that is understandable when there is only one person at font desk late at night. Thumbs up on this one. Enjoyable all around !

“Upgrade to executive room”

Basic hotel at decent rate for Toronto. I upgraded to an executive room with a chair and Ottoman as I like to work with my laptop this way. Hotel is close to shops off of Steeles Ave.(Costco, Liquor Store, etc.) and restaurants (Mandarin, Applebees, etc.) but it is set back from the highway so is quiet for sleeping. Free internet access also with the executive room rate. Continental breakfast is basic but adequate.

“Great Toronto bargain”

For the price, it was reasonably close to the city, comfortable, clean, with pleasant staff and decent breakfast. It also has within walking distance a grocery store, restaurants, and a bank.

“Great customer service and was everything I needed.”

I was stuck here during a severe snow storm and had everything I needed while I hunkered down. Sidewalks were shoveled immediately making it easy to get around. There was some construction going on in some rooms so I expect everthing will be perfect when that work is finished.

Excellent value for this area. Easy access to downtown and Hwy 410.

Friendly greeting at check in. Accomodations excellent,first time having king deluxe room. Have stayed here several times. Limited handicapped parking but advised it was to be upgraded. Recommended hand bars for regular room bathrooms.
