“Not Imperessed”

We had a few problems with the hotel guests at the hotel. The room the we were beside had a yelling and screaming match all night long. We had let the front desk know several times through out the night as we were being woken up every 90 min due to yelling and banging. The walls were paper thin. The hotel would not offer us another room. So needless to say we got very little sleep. The other guests were finally remove at 7AM. However at that point in time it was little comfort to us as we had to leave by 10AM. Hot Tub was not working and the indoor "Heated pool" was ice cold to the point that i think we did see an iceberg in the pool. It was completely UN-swimable

“Excellent value...”

Large clean and quiet rooms with a plasma TV. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing they need to work on is improving the breakfast. I didn't take part in the free breakfast, but it looked like it could use some more variety. Overall this is a great place to stay. Excellent value.

Quality is poor everywhere, carpets are dirty, people get into swim area without shower, showering area is dirty. Washrrom lock in our room didn't work. No one came to fix after informing them twice and we stayed there 3 days. Break fast is really really bad..

Overall the hotel was good. Stayed for two nights and the breakfast was better the 2nd morning. Staff were friendly and the place was clean.

“Make Sure You Double Check your Resrvation”

we always want a drive up ground floor no smoking room. We stay here twice a year, in January for 9 days and in August for 6 days. We ask for 2 beds or a king, and request only 1 bed change, and towels, we have to plead to get the type of room we want even tho we are a repeat customer and book a month in advance. Their breakfast is quite good if you are there between 7 & 8am and there are no sport teams. This last trip we had a couple of very bad experiences with a girls hockey team hollering and pounding up and down the halls, making hangup phone calls. We couldn't get near the breakfast area in the morning so we left. The hotel condition is good, beds are comfortable and the staff, other than original booking request challenge, are quite accomodating. We are there for work, so a lot of noise is not good.

“Avoid this hotel”

Found the breakfast to be quite aweful. Coffee was watery and lukewarm. Eggs were rubbery and expect more than "no name" yogurt from a hotel. Cleaning staff felt a need to vacuum the lobby right during breakfast time too. When we asked for an extra blanket, the front desk man seemed rather put off and said he would get it if he has a chance. Iron was not working so had to fiddle with it to get it to work. Overall a very substandard hotel with no concept of service.

“Great affordable hotel in Brampton!”

Great affordable hotel in Brampton! Very close to the highway. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the pool. The tiled floors near the pool were very dirty and the pool wasn't that clean either, also the hot tub was only slightly warm. The breakfast is decent although they did run out of coffee on the weekends and didn't refill it. Other than that I had a great stay at the Best Western Brampton, I would recommend it.

Excellent value for this area. Easy access to downtown and Hwy 410.
