Very kind staff, very easy check in/out. Nice backyard area to soak some sun and breakfast was good. I wish they had a water dispenser in the lobby.

The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and no issues. The only issue I had was that I had coordinted with the hotel 3 days in advance to pick me up at the Mexico City airport and no one showed up.

Nice Place in Toluca
The hotel is one of the nicer properties in Toluca. If you need to be in Toluca, this is the place to stay. It feels very safe. The property and the rooms are very clean. Excellent, bi-lingual staff is there to help and offer assistance. The breakfast is very good, albeit overpriced. The only complaint I had was the shower; it took nearly five minutes to get warm. Also, the restaurant next door was a good option.

I booked my hotel through hotels.com. Received a confirmation email and everything. I showed up at the hotel only to find that the hotel front desk clerk told me I did not have a reservation. Once I got hotels.com involved in it, we figured out that the hotel had canceled my reservation without notifying me or hotels.com. They said they were full and had to send me down the road to another hotel. I have stayed here before, I always stay here when coming to this area. It’s fine for business when you’re just using it to sleep. However, I’m not impressed with the service received this last time

Had reservation moved after overbooking
The hotel overbooked and moved me to another hotel near the airport. They had a hired car drop me off there, claiming it was a complimentary shuttle, then tried to charge me for it. They also did not transfer the reservation to the new hotel, making things more complicated. Only after having a hotels.com rep call them and get things sorted was this rectified. After talking ti a few people, this is a somewhat regular thing for this establishment.

American Cookie Cutter Hotel that Charges Extra
The location of the hotel was quite nice & the staff was incredibly friendly, however, like most American companies, they smile to your face while they steal from you. I was charged 600 pesos for breakfast that Expedia indicates is included. The friendly receptionist took my information & asked me to email someone about the problem (presumably the marketing manager). This has happened to me often in MX. I won't hear anything back. The first day, they didn't have ANY hot items on the buffet, just cold cuts, cheese, cereal, and old bread. I live in CDMX. I know they didn't pay more than 400 pesos FOR EVERYONE to eat. The next day, we didn't waste our money on the abysmal food. So... in total, this typical American hotel stole 1,200 pesos.

I stay here when I visit a customer in Toluca and it is a great hotel. Service is great and the area is nice and accessible to get around.

Quality Hotel
This is a new hotel, which is always nice. It is right next to a quality steakhouse, which is also nice. My only complaint is that the check-out service was a bit slower than usual. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Room is clean and staffs make me very confutable. And when I went to Toluca airport, they picked me up at the hotel by their van. It's great free survice. Also,I had a breakfast everyday. Almost of all meals are so tasty and staffs make coffee smoothly. Its very nice too.

Nice hotel, but check your credit card statement
checked in at 2 am. Their were large gates that had to be opened from the inside. This is secure, but it was awful as I waited in the rain for them to open gate. Although I fully paid through hotels.com, they charged me 2X the what I had already been charged. Called to get money back and currently their system is down and they can't help me. Other than being charged twice, the place is lovely.

Its a quiet, clean hotel. I would stay there anytime. I had a minor problem with my door which was kindly solved by maintenance, menu at the restaurant was a little limited.

Pretty good hotel in Toluca
Nice hotel. The Toluca soccer team was staying there when I was there so it must be one of the nicer hotels around. Seemed like an average marriott for USA standars, but good for Mexico. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel (basically in the parking lot) that has the best food I've ever had while in Mexico. The hotel did not have my reservation with Hotels.com so this was a big issue. I waited about one hour to check in, after I refused to pay again which is what they suggested. Not sure if this was their fault or not. They said this had never happened before. One hour check in was not fun. Staff spoke English.

It's the best hotel in the city
I had a great time here, the room has enough space, it was really clean and it has a view of "Nevado de Toluca" Volcano, a cool way to start the day. The staff is really friendly, few hotels in Mexico can brag about it, well, this can, Antonio at the front desk is really cool and always smiling. I had a car problem when I was in Toluca streets, with 2 tires, I called the hotel, they offered to contact the toll, and they let me park the car right in front of the lobby all night, til next morning and to 3 pm, til I got the chance to fix the problem. Because of the car thing I had to stay for a Little longer passing check out time, well the FrontDesk manager was so understanding with that, giving me the chance of check out a Little later. I had a friend visiting me while I was staying at the hotel, and we were at the "terraza" til 3 am, we were the only people there, and they didn't turn the lights off or anything. The only downside was prices at the restaurant, but there's a hotel thing everywhere I guess.

I stay here every month when in town for work. The staff is friend and helpful. The hotel is clean and new. Very good resturants within walking distance. Free shuttle is available to get you where you need to go.

Awesome Value
The value of what we paid and what we got is unbelievable. We were traveling all around Mexico when we booked this hotel to explore Toluca and hike the Nevado de Toluca. Very comfortable, beautiful rooms. We requested a room on an upper floor so we would have a view. Totally worth it. The pool is nice and the gym is large. Great staff. The restaurant attached to the hotel was the best meal we had all month. Of course we spent two days worth of budget but the food was superb. I am a steak snob and it was wonderful. The location is out of downtown, but it is easy to grab a cab just outside on the main road. There is no real neighborhood to walk around in, but it is also very quite.
