I was there for 4 days and 3 nights no came to clean my room. My fiance had to go over to nearest dollar store so we clean our room ourselves.. Very poor service.

Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit at check-in, even though there is nothing mentioned about this when booking online. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so hair had to be dried with your own hair dryer from an outlet without a mirror nearby. Bathtub either dirty or stained. By 8:00 am all tables in the dining room were dirty. Lock to door in my wing didn't work so had to carry luggage all the way down hall and back downstairs to car to find another way in. Terrible experience and I won't be going back.

Upon entering the staff member was on her phone and seemed bothered that we needed to check in. As she walked us to our room 107, the hallways smelled so bad that my son had to cover his nose. The wallpaper was bubbling at the bottom, and it looked awful. After entering our room it was a sauna, but didn't smell as bad as the hallway. Our tv wouldn't turn on, the safety latch on the door was broken, my son pointed out stains on the chair and bed comforter, the bathroom was dirty, bathtub faucet was loose and very little water pressure, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, it looked like the painted over black mold next to the bathtub and I realized why after a shower. It was leaking and our bathroom floor was wet. My son and I needed a warm place to stay for the night because our furnace broke. Otherwise I would have walked right out!

I love staying at this location the staff is awesome when i have been there ,the beds are so comfortable i want to take one home ,i could sleep for a week in only get upto use restroom all in all i always have a good experience the only thing that i didn't understand is that the patio closes at nine or something then they come out like we are kids in make u get out of there I'm sure they have reasons for it but makes no sense to me to sum it up i would for come back in def recommend to others 10 stars👍🙏

Absolutely disgusting place. Bed linen stained, carpets dirty and worn. Breakfast was horrendous. After driving 15 hours from Branson MO we were too tired to look elsewhere. Expedia shame on you for allowing this booking!!

The room smelled so bad. I dont even know how to describe the pungent odor. It was mixed with the smell of paint and we had to turn air on max and open window to try to escape the fumes. Sho knows whatvthey were tryimg to cover. There was mold on the mirror and the cold handle in the shower was broken. There was stains all over the chair and the duvets.. you can only imagine what they were with the stripp club right next store. . There was drunk people pulling up with music blasting, singing and yellimg all night. We didnt even take our chance with eating breakfast the next morning and got out of there as fast as we could.
