Never ever would recommend.
Let’s just say I’m shocked it’s still in business and Choice Hotel puts it’s name on it. Peeling paint, damage floors, heater dirtier than an abandon house, peeling wallpaper and toilet moves, furniture that is half broken, a chair that is as dirty as the heater. This is even lower than the “you get what you pay for”. Only thing good was the bed was sleepable.

Worst stay EVER
Room was dirty,bugs crawling all through room. Trash can was full of trash,half bottle of lotions and shampoo instead of fresh new bottles. The towels looked as if they were used by previous guest. On check out date house keeper knocked as they were opening the door, didn't give any time to respond.

Place is okay.
The place is okay. Needs up dated, but then the price would also rise. I needed a cheap place to stay. I was not out of the room by 11:00 am and the cleaning service started banging on the door and saying yelling. I could not understand them. They did this several times. Even opened the door. Thankfully I had the safety chain on the door. I was out of there as soon as possible and the cleaning guy was sitting on the step smoking, waiting for me.

I travel frequently and this by far was THE WORST motel I have ever stayed in where do I start? 1st the rooms were disgustingly dirty, the first room, yes I said first room because they had to move me, was filthy the floors (all tile) were not even moped and had some sort of beverage spilled all over im not talking a spot im talking like a whole two-liter or something and the bathroom door didn't even have a handle on it, so I asked to be moved the second room was not much better still very dirty but hey at least the bathroom door closed although therr was a whole in it as if someone kicked it in at some point and also had graffiti on it, also there was a chair in the room and was disgusted when I lifted up the cushion this thing has not been cleaned in years although I did find 14 cents in creases when I asked a housekeeper to vacuum it she said she didn't even have a vacuum. I also rented a second room for my mother and aunt and their room was deplorable also their's actually had bloody sheets yes I said it BLOODY SHETS, their excuse was well sometimes sheets are stained even after a wash, really? cause when we lifted the sheet up there was a bloody tissue underneath, the ONLY reason we did not switch hotels right then and there is we were pressed for time, we got there at 3 and had to be at a wedding at 4 .BEWARE do not under any circumstance stay here you will regret it

The staff was extremely rude! Our light in our bathroom busted and the ceiling was leaking and they didn’t want to give us a new room. We had to jump through hoops to get it switched it was ridiculous never will be back

I was trying to go to sleep, I moved one of the pillows because it looked dirty, only to reveal a big dead beetle. Needless to say the entire room is unkept and not clean, the sheets and blankets have stains. Would not recommend.

The room was not clean. The floor was sticky from soda bathroom door was busted refrigerator leaked. There is no pool there as listed. The "breakfast" was a joke. The desk clerk either didn't speak english or just pretended to so he didn't have to do anything

Creepy! Messy depressing dirty lobby. Room had rotting parts in wall, dirty, don’t stay unless it’s your only choice. NO excuse to not keep a spotless operation even if really old and in need of refurbishing.

This property is absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even know mold could grow in a freezer until I stayed here. The “breakfast” was stale cereal and hard toast. The “heated” pool was actually not heated and everything around the pool was rusting and falling apart. I understand this is a budget hotel, but cleanliness and upkeep of the property should be a priority. Also the microwaves are spray painted with “econolodge holland” on them. By far the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life.

The property was filthy! There blankets were covered with bugers! There were stains everywhere and the floor was covered in dirt. You get what you pay for. I got my money back and left!

I'm not sure why I had to pay $10 more for a non-smoking room, but I did. The clock radio was broken in two and didn't work. There was no place to hang any clothes. Half of the drape was hanging off the rod and couldn't be put back on. The WIFI was almost too slow for email, definitely too slow for anything else. The free breakfast was very meager, and I'm not all that fussy, so I checked out and grabbed something elsewhere. Most motel rooms have a box of facial tissues, not this one. Same thing with small coffee makers; most motels have them, not this one. Last two trips to Toledo I stayed at the Quality Inn next door to the Econolodge, which for around the same price, offered everything missing in this place. Why go back?

The property was dirty. My first room air conditioner did not work so they manager put us in another room, which the TV didn't work and the room looked like someone got killed in there and they sprsyed luminol on the walls. Curtains looked like dried up blood all over it smh... but by this time its after 11pm my kids tired from dinner and playing in the pool so we just went to sleep. The next morning there was supposed to be breakfast... that lady made a half cup of coffee no food what so ever. Complained to the manager but i will never be back

The vinyl wood floor was filthy when we checked in. Mirrors and bathtub were dirty. There was an empty roll of toilet paper on the holder but a full wrapped one on the back of the toilet. There was a minifridge and mini microwave in the room. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping it cool. The plug by the window for one of the lights did not work at all, no matter what you plugged in.

Don’t do it!!
Smoking rooms cost more than non smoking...makes no sense but ok?!? Room was absolutely disgusting. Curtains were covered in something that looked like an exploded soda along with the door. Sheets had hair on them. Floor was sticky, dirty walls. Oh and the phone, don’t touch the phone..I picked it up to call the front desk and was afraid to put it on my ear. I even went as far as looking at the corner of the beds to see if they were infested with bugs. I asked the lady at the front desk if all the rooms were this nasty and she told me this is why it’s so cheap. Then that night I tried to get into my room getting 3 separate keys made and finally the lady at the front told me the doors batteries must of ran out and every time I need to get in and out of my room I would have to let the front desk know since there wasn’t a maintance person on hand. I asked if I could switch rooms and she told me I couldn’t. Over all it was a horrible stay...would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I do however wanna say the guy the following morning was super nice and great with customer service but by that time it was to late.
