I was supposed to get a king size suite. 30 minutes before I arrived was told that I didn't have a suite because they were sold out. I was offered a king size bed. I need to be refunded. The person on the phone was rude. The pictures for this site were different. The pool was closed. I would not recommend this place

Friendly & Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and Always a Hot shower. Breakfast has a decent variety with hot coffee avalible all day. Our room was clean & comfortable but could use some updating. For the price, you can't beat this place to stay.

Hey. The price was right but
It was a little run down, but was sorta expecting that. What I was expecting wasn't there. First thing after check-in I wanted to take a shower. Towels? Check. Mini shampoo and conditioner? Nope. Not so much as one of those mini bars of soap.

Very quiet. My non-smoking room had obviously had a previous smoker in it. Heavy smell of cigarettes. The office person was extremely courteous and professional.

The caucasian woman that checked me in late at night was very pleasant & friendly. She was still working the next morning at the breakfast area cleaning & making sure everyone was satisfied. Will stay again next trip.

Friendly frontdesk person clean room easy parking right outside our room.only thing I wasn't happy with was noisy people upstairs so it was hard to sleep but that wasn't hotels fault.

Great friendly staff at the front desk. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Only downside was that the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Otherwise great for the price and a quick stay.

We've stayed here twice a year for several years. Its location off the Ohio Turnpike is convenient. The property seems to be improving. Our room was updated with new, comfortable mattresses and crisp, clean sheets with a washable sheet on top of the blanket which I prefer to a bedspread. The furniture seemed new and the carpet had been replaced with flooring that is easier to clean. The balcony railings were being redone. We always enjoy the variety of options for breakfast and the waffle maker. Will stay again during our next trip across Ohio.
