Well, Days Inn, I booked you online and it turns out you weren't even open. It was my sister's wedding weekend and we booked for my family far in advance. When we arrived to check in, you were closed!!!! Might have been nice to know in advance, yes? Anyways since we had no hotel room, we all slept on the quad at BGSU, hence the low scores on comfort, service, etc. Maybe next time don't allow rooms to be booked online if you are closed???

Did not expect anything fancy because of the price, but the room was dirty, the parking lot was dangerous with no snow removal or salt on the icy spots. The front desk didn't seem to know what they were doing. Breakfast was a joke.

It was dirty and the door looked like it had been kicked in. Room needs to be painted. Bathroom is old. There were three doors to the room, two covered up with furniture. Not a great place.

The curtain was half up on the rod, no or little hot water, coffee left in the coffee pot from the guest before. Toilet was stopped up and missing the toilet paper holder.

We had to go to the office three times to get a key that worked. Room smelled bad. Beds were clean. Glad we only stayed one night. Will not be back.

Had to stand on chair to adjust heater. Not enough outlets, couldnot charge phones. Rooms need remodeled. Employees were very friendly abd helpful.

The overall experience was great. I was surprised how clean it was. The only downside is, it's showing its age. But I'd definitely stay there again. The night clerk was great. For the price point, you won't find a better place.

Very very very dirty. Multiple big/thick spider webs. The floor looked like it hasn't been swept in a long time. I only stayed for two hours and had to leave for another hotel because it was so bad.

I had problems with my car. So I ended up arriving at 1am because I Live out of town, but I booked a room To make sure I had a place to sleep. There were Never hours of the office posted so I didn’t think it would Be a problem showing up when I did. When arriving, I was told I no longer have a place to sleep and I wasted my money and was unable to get a refund. I never was able to check in or even see my room. But I was forced to give money, for no reason. And had to spend even more money just to find a place to sleep, even though I JUST PAID FOR ONE. The least they could do was give me my money back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

This hotel is awful! I went in my room for 1 min and left and stayed somewhere else! It’s awful! I need my money back! This property should not be on your list of hotels to pick from!!!!! So awful!

Assume that all rooms are smoking rooms and hope you get lucky. We switched from one “non-smoking“ room to another but that didn’t matter. They clearly do not enforce the rule. I found old cigarette butts in the window frame. I have asthma so it’s a pretty big deal. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. And the beds were comfortable.

Days Inn is going through renovations. I didn’t like that my room on the first floor did not have a window that outlooks the front where you park. The hard flooring was dirty my white socks were dirty from walking around in my room. Plus due to the renovations there was no breakfast. But the staff was pleasant

Bath area needs work
Seemed like an "old" motel, especially the bathroom. Plenty of space but problems with bath (no air circulation and tub curtain too short). Should be able to reduce foyer space to give more room in bathroom. Breakfast items were few with good but cold oatmeal.

Worst Motel experience ever!!
This is a Wyndham property which sets far higher expectations (even for a 2 star property). The room smelled terrible...the carpet needed to be replaced...or at the cleaned/sanitized!!!!( the entire property was in disrepair....the outside pool water was green...one of the chairs in the room was broken and being used to brace the courtyard door because it wouldn’t close/lock properly...poor lighting because the fixtures were missing bulbs...the tv remote was held together with duct tape the... the outside had holes in the facade in many places...many of the exterior doors were dented and in need of paint/replaced we stayed because we pre-payed and couldn’t get our money back...I knew the area so I accessed the risks...but it was the worst my motel experience ever... I like Wyndham properties.....but this place was a MESS!!

Filthy room in poor condition— shower did not work so room was moved for remainder of our stay. Our second room was in better condition but was also filthy. Would not recommend, bottom of the barrel.
