Très belle hôtel, mais la réception est trop petite, ma chambre était grande avec une belle salle de bain, le lit très confortable, bémols pas de room services, pas de piscine, pas d'accueil au niveau des arrivées et départs de l’hôtel(réception au 24eme étages), néanmoins sa position géographique est un atouts

Lobby looks great. But then you have a very old and tiny room that looks different of the pictures. Breakfast is bad. Employees barely speak english. No view from the room. Luckily, it is near a lot of subway stations. Only good point.

Had a nice, spacious room with view, on the 35th floor. Very quiet during the night. The curtains are not super opaque though. Everything else was great for the price.

This is the 5th hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Japan. All the others exceeded my expectations, and this one barely met it. I went with a middle tiered room. Pros: good size room for Japan, bathroom was new(ish), the breakfasts at the Japanese restaurant were great, the bed was comfortable, the location is convenient. Cons: the room itself is old. The carpet was literally buckling at the seams. The furniture was quite bashed up and a bit rickety. The worst part for me, the hotel is surrounded by high rises. We had peekaboo views but you're looking right into an office building (and the people there can look into your room). There was a note inside the room saying there is no coating on the floor to ceiling windows so people can look in. I know you can keep close the blinds, but that's kind of a big minus for me. I'd imagine some rooms don't even get peekaboo views. The room was clean enough, but maybe I was spoiled by the 4 other hotels with sparkling clean rooms. I'm a gold-tier member on Expedia, but was not offered a room upgrade (which is fine, maybe one wasn't available). But others seemed to have complained about this as well. The hotel is highly rated. It just didn't work for me and I would not be returning.

Very helpful staff. We were able to check in very early for just a small charge. The breakfast is great- lots of options. Rooms in good condition, if a little small (but this seems normal for Japan). Would recommend.

Great hotel with excellent customer service. Also super convenient for me to walk to our Tokyo office. Only thing I can say is the gym needs to be a bit bigger as I saw myself and others waiting for equipment (bikes, treadmills, etc.).

We had a great experience during our stay. The service was overall fantastic. The furnishings and ambience were very upscale (especially for the price point). The room we stayed in was still a bit small, but that’s to be expected in a Tokyo. The location is fantastic, being very close to Shimbashi station and in a walkable, yet upbeat area.

Clean room, buffet breakfast was good. as a expedia gold member they gave you coupons for free drinks but these are cheap drinks. alo when they know you are gold with Expedia they have yo seat down at the other of area of bar rather than with other patrons.
