Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. À l’arrivée nous avons 2 lits simples de 1m pour 3 personnes ! C’est inacceptable (les hôtesses d’accueil ont l’habitude et montrent une plaquette avec la taille du lit sans proposer d’autre solution). J’ai uniquement réussi à avoir un troisième oreiller… Le petit déjeuner était inclu mais pas pour l’enfant. A aucun moment cela n’a été précisé. Enfin la porte de la salle de bain était bloquée. Après m’avoir demandé de tester à nouveau, l’hôtesse d’accueil est montée et a constaté le dysfonctionnement. Une solution a été trouvée pour avoir accès à la salle de bain. Je trouve réellement inacceptable de proposer sur ebookers ce type d’établissement pour 3 personnes. Je suis disponible pour vous relater mon témoignage dans le détail. Merci pour la prise en compte de ce retour. J’étais jusqu’ici satisfait du site e bookers mais je n’envisage pas de réserver à nouveau compte tenu de cette très mauvaise expérience.

Had a great time at this property! Out of all of my hotel stays in Japan, I felt this hotel had the most welcoming staff. Especially the doorman, he helped guide me into the hotel when I was confused if it was the right one and always greeted the guests when coming in and out of the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable as well. They also have amenities for you outside the elevator on the lobby floor if you forgot anything. This hotel is closer to the local train lines, so I used those to get around more. Didn’t cause any issues. Definitely recommend any travelers visiting Shinjuku to stay here!

Rooms are a good size and it's fairly quiet at night. Everything is explained in English. Super convenient location near Shinjuku-sanchome station for access to major train lines. Family Mart konbini is just around the corner. Staff are very friendly.

Everything is fair but breakfast...
Room is fine, cosy and clean, not too small. But the lication is not very close to the JR station. The breakfast is the worst compared to all Japan hotel I've stayed so far. Not much food variety. I hipe they can improve that.

This is a fabulous hotel to stay if you decide to stay in the Shinjuku area. The location is very quiet but only a short 10 minute walk to the station and main Shinjuku area. It’s was nice to be able to get away from that area and not be staying directly in the middle of it. The hotel is also located just across the road from the Golden Gai area. In the immediate area there is plenty of convenience stores and also cafes and restaurants. There is a McDonald a short walk away and also a Dominos pizza almost next door to the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Check in is at 3pm however they are more than happy to store your baggage if you arrive early which I was. The room itself is small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bathroom was spotless with a fantastic shower and electric toilet! The bed was comfortable and the room was made up every day. I honestly could not fault this hotel for anything, it was brilliant for my 3 night stay in Shinjuku.
