You won’t find a better hotel with excellent service from when you get out of your taxi to when they walk you through the hotel to get you to your room. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in my life. Would come back.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I really like the Frank Lloyd Wright touches. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

A beautiful hotel, which is a sea of tranquility and a throwback to an era of quiet, dignified service and luxury. I loved everything about this hotel – the beautiful lobby, the fine dining in several restaurants, the upscale stores, the wonderfully appointed rooms with luxury amenities and even pajamas and a vanity stool

The Imperial Hotel is the most historically significant 5-star hotel in Tokyo. It is renowned for it service and location. Normally, I wouldn't be able to afford a room here, but I am staying in one of the serviced apartments attached to the hotel. The rooms are a little less fancy than in the main hotel - they are more like a high-end business hotel than a luxury hotel room, but they have the same level of service and attention to detail as the hotel as a whole.

If you are looking for a traditional hotel, you can't beat this one; probably the nicest big hotel I have ever stayed in (and that list includes some very nice hotels). Great staff; well thought-out, "smart", rooms, lots of choices for eating in easy walking distances.
