My husband and I were very pleased with our room on the 17th floor-quiet, carefully, well-appointed and lit and comfortable. This morning’s bonus was a clear view of Fujisan atop with snow! Another small, so Japanese thing was the drip coffee packet with “origami hooks” Staff were very polite, but I was glad I speak adequate Nihongo. Shiga-san was very helpful with getting a box, packing materials and addressed the form for us. Yamato transport is fabulous!
One suggestion: unless one reads kanji, the heat/cooling remote is useless. One night we were too hot, the next too cold. Please put an instruction card about the names of the buttons and their functions. Your guests will be more comfortable.
Thanks.
