1. Hotel staffs, including the front desk, could not speak and understand English. Only Bellboy could understand English.
2. Staffs in the restaurant were not helpful. We have asked for hot chocolate for 5 persons but they said they have only 2 cups available. When we ordered again on the next day, they said that they ran of out stock. Moreover, at the egg station when they cooked the wrong type although we pointed at the photo on the counter for ordering, they didn't change.
3. The indoor seats of the restaurant were limited. We have to wake up so early to go the restaurant otherwise the queue for breakfast would be very long. We found out on the last day that they did not open the outdoor area.
4. Front desk were careless at check-in. We had 3 rooms from separate booking. We handed over all booking documents, but they only check-in for 2 rooms.
