We have a short but lovely stay at this property that exceeded our expectations given the average hotel in Japan can be so small. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and was only about 30 minutes by taxi from the Haneda airport. We had a 4 BR room that was convenient and the kids enjoyed the quality of the shower and amenities. The breakfast buffet was lovely satisfying both Japanese and American tastebuds and had a spectacular view of the Bay. Notably, one of the belldesk employees, May (Mei?) was very helpful to us as she spoke excellent English and was able to answer all fo our tourist questions. Note that you'll be 45 minutes on average from major tourist sites within Tokyo by subway but the family enjoyed the subway/train rides so they never felt too long.

No coffee in the morning. Coffee shop is closed until 11, and in the room you get a little packet of disgusting instant coffee and a water boiler. All of the electronics are yellowed and outdated, and the design feels like the 80s. Just a bad hotel. Don't stay here.

Highly recommend
The staff is incredible, so helpful and kind. While it is a family hotel and it can be a bit noisy, this is true, it’s still an incredible hotel, spacious, wonderful staff and the food is also excellent.

Nice hotel near the Haneda airport
We needed a hotel quickly as our flight was cancelled, this place was very nice with fabulous views over the river and of the Statue of Liberty. The hood at the grill was wonderful.

Bad Service, very disappointed for Hilton level.
1. Hotel staffs, including the front desk, could not speak and understand English. Only Bellboy could understand English. 2. Staffs in the restaurant were not helpful. We have asked for hot chocolate for 5 persons but they said they have only 2 cups available. When we ordered again on the next day, they said that they ran of out stock. Moreover, at the egg station when they cooked the wrong type although we pointed at the photo on the counter for ordering, they didn't change. 3. The indoor seats of the restaurant were limited. We have to wake up so early to go the restaurant otherwise the queue for breakfast would be very long. We found out on the last day that they did not open the outdoor area. 4. Front desk were careless at check-in. We had 3 rooms from separate booking. We handed over all booking documents, but they only check-in for 2 rooms.

Hilton was the only one hotel that I didn’t give five star. Firstly, no one tried to help with the luggage. I couldn’t mention Imperial Hotel would welcome you and help with luggage from the taxi to your room. No one tried to help with multiple luggage at Hilton. Secondly, food was meh. You could easily find better quality food outside the mall. Thirdly, staff here were all poker face, which totally ruined my day.

This is a great hotel! Relaxing and very comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful! One thing I would change is the hotel should make the robes and skin care in the rooms available for purchase. I would have paid $40,000 yen for a robe but they would not sell to me. It is so comfortable and good sleeping material.
