Overall it's a nice Property in a good location. Be awake that check in time at this hotel is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am and this is strictly enforced by this hotel to the minute. The female reception staff were friendly enough but male staff not. I have to mention that the floor of the room was extremely super dirty my slippers were black and sticky.Looks like the floors are just vacuumed but never washed or wiped with water!! Besides that everything else was okay.Its what to be expected of a 3 stars hotel. Another thing to mention is that the hotel restaurant is super expensive.I also enjoy having meals at the hotels I stay at but it was just unfortunately unaffordable here. Breakfast$40 Dinner well over $100 I'm not sure I would stay here in future there are many other hotels to look at!

This hotel was really nice and the staff were great! They allowed us an early check in and to keep our bags at the property on check out day so we didn’t have to lug them around before we left the area. The on-site breakfast had a huge variety. There is SO MUCH around the hotel as well from shopping, to convenience stores, to food. The room was a good size and the TV had streaming capabilities.

Nice hotel centrally located in Ginza! Easy access to the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful! Rooms were well sized for Japan!

The property was in good walking distance to various restaurants, subway and shopping. The hotel room was pretty small for 2 adults and a child but this is in Ginza so it is probably normal. The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke English pretty well. Yamato delivery was across the street so it was very convenient to ship luggage from the hotel.

In spite of the location that is sitting in the center of Ginza, it was very quiet and they put me at the end of the hall which I requested. Room was clean and had all the necessities I needed. Complimentary water bottle was nice. One thing that I was surprised they didn’t have was USB ports. Had to have a block to plug in. The mirable shower was very nice. The staffs were very friendly!

Location is very convenient. The hotel offers great value - affordable at a great location. Amenities were of good quality as well. Bed and pillow were hard and difficult to sleep on comfortably.

A western-classic hotel in the heart of Ginza
It was just a one-night stay at Ginza for us, but we wished we had stayed longer. The hotel is well-equipped, roomy, quiet, and comfortable. The shower was robust, trustworthy and leak-free. Though the check-in area is not particulary roomy, it does have a separate and classic sitting area nearby. The location is wonderful, just a 10-minutes' walk from Tokyo Station, and convenient to other major attractions in Ginza. We loved it!

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast is very good. Room is very small and poorly equipped by furniture. Bed is uncomfortable. There is no safe inside the room.

Very good location
Excellent budget friendly location in the heart of Ginza, which was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, subways, and major points of interest. English speaking staff was attentive and very helpful with check in, and with booking us a taxi prior to check out. I would stay here again.

There was very little English spoken and understood in hotel - I understand that we were in Japan but would have expected a little more communication skills there. Also asked to speak to Manager and he refused to speak to me about the lack of any English tv stations - was told by reception that Japanese hotels do not have any English television stations - would have expected CNN, BBC etc

Good place for those whose budget precludes staying in a fancier property. Room was clean and price good for Ginza. Nothing fancy, room I had was small and plain. Bed reasonably comfy though pillows not the best. Walls a bit thin - I heard a baby crying periodically. Breakfast is plentiful but a bit pricey. Staff was helpful and kind, and reasonably good English was spoken. All in all a decent place to stay.

Clean, affordable and convenient to the train station. Rooms are big enough to spread out. Great food for any budget. High end meets local with everything you need nearby.

For the price you are mostly paying for the location in an expensive neighborhood rather than anything special from the hotel. Staff was a bit short and not pleasant to deal with.

Very quaint place. Room was nice but cramped. Loved the Netflix option on the tv. Tub was exceptional. Small, slow elevator. Had to ask staff to bring ice to room (small bowl each time). Close to the Y line.

We only stayed for a night. However, we arrived to a bathroom with a strong smell of urine, hair on the counter and trash on the night table . Have to say that the staff quickly changed us to another room, but the condition was similar minus the urine smell.

We experienced terrible customer service during check in. The staffs at the front desk argued with us and asked us to pay extra $18,000 yen for our child who is 7 years old. They said he is considered as an adult under their hotel's policy. When we booked online, we had indicated that there are 2 adults and 2 children and I remember all ages had been entered during the booking. This is a surprise to us when we checked in. We had no choice but to pay the addition. The condition of the hotel is not same as seen on photos. Room and bathroom are so small. It is kind of crowded for 3 people in a room. Please be aware!

Great location and great breakfast. I would have liked a safe in the room. Room was small, but seems common in Tokyo.

Excellent location, in a walking distance to Tokyo Station as well as lots of shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Our family of four had two connecting rooms - not cheap, but very comfortable. We would stay there again.
