i didn't like the attitude of the staff, the check in was easy and the person who helped us was polite, but had a hard time understanding english. the person he called to help translate had a very bad attitude like we were bothering him. the next morning we were getting our luggage transferred and he saw us standing there, but totally ignored us until we had to go to the front desk, then he gave me a form (in japanese) and didn't explain how to fill it out until i made mistakes on it, then he was very rude and said, name and pointed to the area. then address and pointed to the area
