Surprisingly large rooms for a Japanese hotel and for the price. Food options were also great especially the multiple breakfast options since most things in the area dont open until 10am or later

Train station right outside the hotel was really good, convenient for transport. The hotel itself was elegant and spacious, with a great view of the Tokyo Bay.

We enjoyed our stay . There are 2 shopping mall in the area connected to both train station and a Hilton hotel. Cruise terminal is half a mile . We love everything . Food ,shopping, park and small beach and has its own Statue of Liberty next to the Daiba City Mall. Also you can see the Tokyo tower and sky tree.

Very large hotel but very good condition. A bit out of the centre but the monorail is next door to take you to a main hub for the metro. Please note your ticket on the monorail does not work on the metro so just get a return and not a day pass, unless you plan to use it more than once. Also note there are two different metro companies and it’s not clear which is which so a day pass on one does not work on the other. I think you can buy a day pass to cover both for around 800 yen. Regardless it’s all very cheap compared to London as are the taxis

This place is exactly as described.. only thing is that the breakfast is so under rated. It's really really good. The inside is a little dated but it's clean, much cleaner than American 5 star hotels. The gym is better than any gym I've ever been to

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The view is insane, they give you cute little jammies, a bathrobe, and any kind of toiletries you might need. Even had a skincare set in the bathroom! Staff were all very kind and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating with request for new room since tub was dirty. Bathroom tiles show wear and tear but we were given a better room that had gorgeous views so no complaints there. Service and amenities were impeccable and we loved the walking distance to the shopping and eating areas close by. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels in Japan with a grand lobby entrance, decor, and ambiance. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. Would return in a heartbeat!

The hotel had great views over the harbour and room size was very good but bathroom was dated and I’ve stayed in nicer 3 star hotels in Japan. DO NOT EAT AT THIS HOTEL! We had a drink and meal on the top floor which were both overpriced. Nice views but that’s it. The waiter spilt some of my drink too which he did clean up. Priced at Michelin star but average food. We had tastier food in the shopping centre opposite and its convenient location. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 and everyone was queuing. Also overpriced for average food. Better to grab something at combinis.

Excellent property, clean and large rooms, and courteous staff. Walking distance to 2 malls about 8 minutes, 3-minute walk to Daiba station. Lawson and pharmacy right outside the hotel. Bakery and restaurants inside and outside the hotel.

Excellent hotel near to a train station , serviced by direct limousine bus service from Haneda and 10 minutes walk to the cruise terminal through the park . Superb customer service and excellent standard in the room even pyjamas provided ! A first for me. Shopping centres nearby , the Fuji Television centre to go to the view pod and small convenience store as well as chemist adjacent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in Daiba

One of the best stays at a hotel that I have had on my travels. I always enjoy the little extra touches that hotels provide and Grand Nikko excels in those extra touches which I throughly enjoyed. I also enjoyed that the metro was within short walking distance. If I make my way back to Tokyo I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very close to the Diaba railway station and the International Cruise Terminal. Hotel is very clean and comfortable with a decent range of restaurants, some with excellent views of Tokyo.

The appearance of the building is great. Lobby is clean & tidy. Lawson & Yurikamome Train are right in front of building. Staff is friendly and help us to ship my lugguage to the next hotel by Yamato Service. The room is very clean, large and facing the bay. Carpet, bed, room facility, shower are in great condition. The dark side is that the toilet is a bit old. I am not saying it is unclean or dirty. The hotel needs to spend money to upgrade the toilet / bathroom/ water tap/ sewage pipe.

Great stay. Property was wonderful. Only thing missing was I wanted laundry facilities but they only had laundry service. This is something I wish expedia can help clean up/clarify in the data entry for the property details.
