Brilliant place to stay at the end of our hectic schedule in Japan. Loads of cool places to walk around and very well connected to places like Asakusa, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc. If in Tokyo, check the hotel out….I know I will when in Tokyo next.

This was a last minute option but provided an amazing view of the area. The place is huge and lots of restaurant options and a 7-11 down stairs. The room was spacious and nice but seems a little dated. Overall nice place and would Recommend 38th floor for a wonderful view of the city.

街中から外れて少し不便ですが、高層階なのでとても眺望がいいホテルです。内装は少し疲れた感じでかなり昭和の古さ、でも清潔です。一番びっくりしたのは、２泊でかなりの金額を払ったのに、ちょっとした乳液などの化粧品のアメニティが全くついていなかったことです。フロントに夜遅く電話したところ、フロントに取りに来るなら二百五十円払えばお渡しできるといわれました。ルームサービスのスタッフも節約しているのか、女性にきてもらうことを考えてないのでしょうか。眺めがいいから次回もつかうか、それとも同じくらいの値段ならもっと女性目線のところにするか、微妙です。

Other than the smell of cigarette in the room, everything else was great. They did provide a humidifier in the room. The room is relatively big. I got room with 2 beds + sofa bed. Other than the cigarette smoke smell, the room & bathroom was super clean. The view was magnificent on 37th FL

Beautiful hotel with a great room especially liked the large tub and amenities of the room, the view was spectacular we could even see Fuji one morning and tokyo tower every night.

It really wasn’t like the pictures. It said on the add that it had complementary breakfast but that wasn’t true. It smelled like someone smoked before we got to our unit. Honestly not worth the money

Overall, it's a good hotel. They do have smoking rooms, so ask for a non-smoking room if that is your preference. Otherwise, friendly staff and the hotel is in good condition

The staffs were very polite and helpful. They helped me to make reservation at high end restaurant. The room is not modern style but is spacious and clean. 38th floor view was awesome. The room does not have a safe vault but had no issues with leaving money in the room. Less than 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji Outer fish market and ~7 minutes walk to Tsukiki Station.

A bit out of the way from the busy Ginza area, but a nice hotel and convenient if you already know your way around Tokyo. Not recommended for the first time visitor.

a base to see Tokyo
An amazing hotel in a great location by the river. Very comfortable, all essentials provided and the massage chair was a very welcome facility after days of sightseeing. Definitely highly recommended

Room is very spacious. Furniture and fixtures are quite dated, but clean and presentable. Location of the hotel is close to Tsukiji’s outer market. Nearest metro station (Tsukiji Station) is some distance away and above ground - something you may like to take note of if you’re navigating your way to the hotel with luggage. It rained on the day of our check-out, so we opted to travel by taxi. The fare from hotel to Tokyo Station was approx. JPY 1,700.

Great location, walking distance to Tsukiji market and Ginza, close to Tokyo Bay, Great view. Room is little outdated and need upgrade. break fast was excellent, view from the 32nd floor restaurant was stunning.
