“"Excellent Resort Experience, As Usual"”

Over the years we have stayed at this resort many times. The accomodations were superb as usual, as was the customer service, from inn keeper to maid and maintenance personnel. We recommend Waters Edge Resort and a vacation to Ucluelet and Tofino BC to everyone, friends, family as well as strangers. Some of the things we enjoyed doing were: Kayaking (provided free by the resort; Bear-watching at the hatchery; Hiking on the Wild Pacific Trail; Whale-watching: Visiting native American art galleries; Fine dining every night; and exploring Pacific Rim National Park. Great vacation!

“Great experience. . .love the view”

We loved our stay at the Waters Edge Resort. -Great location -Large 2 bedroom room, more like a large apartment. -Great view over the inlet to the mountains from the living room/balcony. -Great having a kitchen. We were able to prepare a couple nice breakfasts. -We didn't use the fireplace, or the hot tub (on the outdoor balcony) but a nice touch to know they were there. We would definitely recommend this, and would stay here again.

“Better than advertised”

We stayed in a two-bedroom luxury suite for two nights, six of us. The hotel was just amazing! It was first time I saw a hotel room that was in fact bigger and better than in the pictures on the web site and ads. You know that they usually take room pictures with a wide-angle lens to "inflate" the real size, don't you? That isn't the case with Waters Edge Resort. The room was clean, spacious, full of light, with a beautiful water view. All necessary appliances and kitchenware were there, everything in good condition. Very calm and peaceful surroundings. The staff was nice and very helpful. Just an amazing deal for the money! I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

“Much better than we were expecting”

We recently stayed at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was so spacious, excellent for a family or for two couples. The view of the water was wonderful, it rained one of the days that we were there (all day) so we just enjoyed watching the sea lions in the water and the boats going by. Hot tub on the deck was wonderful too. We will stay here again, next time for longer. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful also.

“Not Luxurious but not far off!”

Charming bay and marina view! Beautiful surroundings! Lovey town. Excellent place for pictures! Although it was a little cool and sparse, it was very clean, comfy bed and bedding, very friendly and accommodating staff! I wish we could have stayed longer!

“Waters Edge ressorts: pour des vacances sur le pacifique”

Hôtel style condo pour rester quelques jours. Spacieux mais sofa-lit inconfortable. Propre. Propriétaires très sympatiques. Équipement minimal (exemple peu d'ustensil). On peut emprunter gratuitement des jeux de société, des kayacs, des planches de surf... Heures de réceptions un peu malcommode (8 à 20h00).

“Waters Edge Resort at Pacific Rim”

Nice quiet place to escape from the city. I stayed 3 nights, it was affordable for peak season from july 29-aug 1. I personally like ucluelet better than tofino because tofino is such a tourist area and full of people and crowds. If you like that kinda atmosphere tofino is the place for you, but in ucluelet its still mostly locals and its more quiet. Great surrounding beaches and restaurants nearby for reasonable prices. I would book this resort again:) my stay was too short, if possible try going for a week to really relax, and the patio tubs are awesome! i did morning bubble baths watching the sun rise with the bf, one of the most relaxing things ever! and the service and people working there are so friendly and they arent lazy! great staff there and they do a very detained run down of ucluelet when you're checking it:)
