Hello Deborah, Sorry to hear about the issues in your room. I will follow up on them. Although smoking is not allowed in our hotel, when it happens we charge the guest 250.00. I heard about this the following morning, otherwise I would have gladly brought you to a room on the main floor.

Hello Felix,Thank you for your review. I can understand your frustration with the connection to the internet. Every now and then this happens. It can depend on what device is being used and if there are settings preventing the connection. Having said this we use a company called Cyberdon who can resolve these issues very quickly. With regards to being placed on the second floor, my front desk staff have been informed to accommodate seniors at all times. Regards

Our breakfast consists of Orange juice, coffee, tea, assorted muffins, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fresh breads, English muffins, Bagels, assorted Jams, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetarian baked beans, sausages, home fries, Waffles, fresh fruits.

Thank you for your review. It is normally very quiet however there was a large group in the hotel for a wedding. I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. If we receive noise complaints, our policy is to issue one warning so group may disperse. If this does not work, then we call police to have them evicted. I am not aware of any complaints on the night in question. I will follow up to remind our night auditor of this policy. Bar closes at 1am, so guests may be a little noisy on the way to their rooms. Hot food for breakfast is constantly being replenished, it is only a matter of minutes to do this. With regards to the toilet, I will advise our maintenance department. This will require a minor adjustment. Regards,

Hello William,Thank you for your review. We started the process of lining all tub with non slip strips. In doing so, we may have missed a few rooms. We do have extra bath mats available through housekeeping upon request. Although we are removing carpets from guest rooms, your room should have been placed out of order especially with a large stain on carpet. I apologize that we did not resolve this issue while you were at hotel.
