“Best Hotel in Tijuana!!!”
Initially I was a little skeptical on this hotel as the price was considerably less than many other hotels but after staying there for one night, I was simply amazed to see the quality of the hotel and the exceptional service from the people. This is a total value for money place and the best one can get in Tijuana. I recommend this place for all those people who go to Tijuana for Visa Stamping as it is very close to the consulate as well as the ASC center. Kudos to the team @ Hotel Palacio Azteca!!! ;) EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL!!! ;)
“Clean, modern hotel conveniently located.”
Hotel was clean and modern, and the staff was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was great! Conveniently located near the mall and supermarket. Competitive nightly rates.
“Great hotel”
This hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed in in a long time. The room was beautiful with comfortable furniture and, particularly important, a comfortable bed. It was very clean. The TV had several American stations in English, as well as the Spanish-language stations, for international visitors. I used the wireless internet, which was good, although a little slow. I had dinner one night and breakfast the next morning from room service and the food was excellent both times and not expensive. The arrachera was some of the best I've ever had. This hotel is an outstanding value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others. The hotel has free shuttle service to and from the airport which is also an advantage. The only glitsch was that I booked a smoking room and was given a non-smoking room. When I mentioned this to the bellman, he said not to worry about it so I smoked and used the ashtrays I had in my bags.
“Value Comfort Location”
What a great value! The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean, new, and spacious. There's even a tub! The location is central and convenient. And they allowed me to check in early at 9:30 am since I arrived ahead of schedule. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
“Pleasantly Surprised”
We were pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the hotel and staff to be much better than we expected, especially considering the low price of the rooms. The rooms were clean and well keep and the staff was great. Right away we were asked if we were going to need a ride to the airport. We decided to try the breakfast buffet at the restaurant and we loved it too. They had a chef who made eggs and pancakes to order. My wife and I will definitely go back.
“Highly recommend”
Great hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very luxus feel. Staff was very attentive. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the wind was really loud, but I guess there's nothing to be done about that...Also, the beds were a bit too hard for our taste, but everythign else was great - nice sheets, towel, good water pressure, internet works great, parking not a problem... Great location - only ten mintues walk from mercado hidalgo and many great taco stands!
“Lou's View”
The Hotel was excellent my wife and I always stay at another hotel in the business district but we decided to change it up a bit we were very pleased to say the least . The service was excellent the food was great ,Athought it's a few blocks from downtown it's still a great place for the price. We had Sunday Morning brunch there and it was very good for the price ,the food choices were great and when was the last time you had a Sunday morning brunch for two for 19.00 with Champagne and or beer,,,,I would stay there again for sure,,,Thank's for having us
