“memorable and unforgettable”

This was the best hotel stay, ever. I brought my 2 babies and @ teenage kids with me and my mother as well. The staff was so nice and friendly and bent over backwords to babysit my kids, arrange for bottles and food for my kids other than the beyond gourmet meals they provided. I had caviar and sweet fresh honey on the comb with aromatic bread....That was just breakfast! The hotel is gorgeous and spa services were on par with the world spas I have been to. This was by far a hotel stay that was par excellance! My kids still ask to go back again and again and play with the manager Romi and our waitstaff. Memorable and unforgettable

“Very impressed.”

This hotel was excellent in every way. The room was lovely, the view was gorgeous, the service was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was really good, but perhaps a bit spicy for American tastes. It is not the easiest place to find, but then nowhere in Tzfat seems easy to find as it is an Old City with winding streets. I would highly recommend it. We traveled in winter (February) when the hotel was not very full.

“Had a wonderful stay”

This really is the only place to stay in Safed. The room that we stayed in had a beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant is also quite special - great food plus a relaxing atmosphere, not to mention the amazing vistas. That said, the hotel room itself is somewhat simple - standard for Israel. But it was clean and service was friendly. My wife and I will definately go back.

“a lovely vacation”

We used the hotel as a base for exploring northern Israel. Centrally located for day trips. The hotel was charming and clean. The food, which was of an overwhelming quantity, was mediocre. Don't take the full board package. I could never find the gym but we got plenty of exercise walking through Sfat. The small synogues are jewels. If your interested in the pool, check if it is open. we were there the first week in May and it wasn't open yet.

“Best hotel in Safed”

This was my second time staying at the Ruth Rimonim and I have only good things to say about it. The best thing about the hotel is their staff who is always ready to help and to make sure the guests are comfortable. The location is fantastic and the hotel grounds are peaceful and serene. The breakfast is delicious and very generous. Note to fellow travelers: February is a fantastic time to travel to Israel because the weather is mild, it's low season and everyone is more relaxed there. You get much better attention and costumer service in hotels, restaurants and touristic attractions.

“SFAED”

The hotel staff was not the greatest in issues of postage ie the simple question of mailing postcards caused consternation. there was no knowledge of postage needed nor any attempt to say where one could find stamps and I asked(sorry about my simple problem, but tourists want to send cards home) Room was great- no instruction on how to call room to room Ambience and scenery outstanding- Food was good

“a beauty must be clean enough”

Safed is a place of wonder and beauty, and Ruth Rimonim is a great hotel. The bulding and the landscape are unique, pool and spa good. Service good enough ( better in restourant than concierge ). The cleaning of the room poor, very poor even in a 2 stars hotel ! But I can recommend Ruth Rimonim all the same, after all !
