“Friendly people, clean room, free internet, near airport and restaurants”

It's not the ritz but very clean room and bathroom, fast free wireless internet, peacefull Noisy shower... slep like a baby even if the bed was a bit to hard for my taste... no elevator but just 2 levels + main floor I recommend

It is a good place to stay at Thunder Bay. If you get to the Airport pick your own cab and the hotel pays for it. This is excellent service. The bar and the menu is exotic

I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and have problems finding suitable accommodations. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean and scent-free. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Our pet was welcome too, and we enjoyed having direct patio access to the grounds for her mid night walkabout. Price was great. Restaurant was clean. Small menu, but staff very helpful accommodating my many food allergies. Have travelled across the country, and this hotel was definitely worth the stay and a great review.

“Not bad for the money.”

We rented 3 rooms. 1st room was fine. 2nd room the lock from outside needed batteries. Over 3 days the lock was not fixed. We had to enter from the inside hall. 3rd room had been smoked in and was advertised as a non-smoking room, which we had requested. One member of our party has allergies and reacted to the smoke.

could here every sound for neighbouring rooms. snoring, caughing, sex, discussions etc etc never again would I stay here .

We had a great experience at the Travelodge in Thunder Bay. Staff was friendly, location was good, and the room was what we expected. The price was very fair as well.

Usually open-minded but this place needs a renovation plus good heating! Deserted feeling, and extra blankets (and toque?) are required at night....!

We were expecting the noise from the airport but that was not the problem. The Walls are paper thin and all night we listened to a dog barking in the room next to us. I was up at 4 to bring my daughter to the airport and went back to the room at 6 hoping to go back to sleep for a few hours at 630 am the people next door decided to have a screaming fught with thier teenage daughter so the dog resumed barking. I went to the front desk to complain and my response was I am glad that I didn't have that room. I wasn't expecting anything other than an apology which I did not recieve and that really upset me. It would have made it better if She had of said I am so sorry this happened we will look into it for you. The hotel is clean but very run down needs renovations for the price they charge. Do not be fooled by the pictures as they are only of the front of the motel and lobby which is beautiful. There was one really friendly staff member that went out of her way to help us find a family activity to do the night before. and for that I am grateful.
