“"Location"”

“Basic hotel stay”

Just your basic hotel - nothing fancy, but no complaints either. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, helpful front desk staff. We had to leave hotel before the official breakfast start time but staff already had some food & coffee available & were nice enough to point that out to us before we departed. Our 2nd stay there & we would have no problem returning for another single night stay before heading further north into Ontario.

Clean, comfortable room at an affordable option in Thunder Bay. Don't miss a meal at Montana's restaurant, just across the parking lot from the hotel.

“Housekeeping Issues During Stay over Christmas”

We've stayed at this hotel previously and had no issues. This stay was over Christmas and the reduced staffing resulted in much poorer service. Even after expressing our concern our room was not cleaned until day 3 (and then only because we tracked down the hiusekeeping staff directly).
