“Enjoyed our stay”
After a tiring trip it was nice to arrive at our hotel and find clean, comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff were very helpful and the hotel was located close to the airport which was important as we had an early morning check in also it was located close to restaurants and a pharmacy which was something we needed. Overall I would recommend the Comfort Inn to anyone who is looking for an affordable, comfortable, clean place to stay.

Comfort Inn accomodated us well with 2 rooms (1 smoking and 1 non-smoking), each with a cot for the 3rd person in each room. Rooms were clean and comfortable, our stay was pleasant and the continental breakfast was a plus-plus. We will return next year on July 29th.

“Very Good Value 2 Star Hotel”
I have traveled considerably both for personal reasons and business, and have stayed in everything from 2 star to 5 star hotels. As such, I know what to expect for a certain rating. As a 2 star hotel this is a very nice, affordable option. The hotel is in very new condition and the rooms show no areas of wear. The room I stayed in (queen) was fairly large with room for a couch and table. The table could be used as a desk or had two chairs for use as a table. I wasn't sure about this until the next morning when I was told I could take my breakfast back to the room (more later). The bathroom was not huge, but the tub/shower enclosure was new with an adjustable massaging shower head. The curtain rod was also curved out which gave more shoulder room and caused the curtain to stay against the side of the tub (instead of your legs). The free continental breakfast is nothing amazing, but has good selection and makes for a quick start in the morning. The free wireless high speed internet actually works. The hotel is conveniently close to Hwy 17 and the airport, but was not noisy. I don't think the airport has many late flights. I would definitely stay here again and would give it 2 1/2 stars.
“Basic Hotel - No amenities”
If you are simply using this as a stop to sleep, and then out early next nmorning, it's OK. Did not appear to be elavators, just multiple sets of stairwells. Ampl,e parking around building and close to highway and airport. Street out front has many fast food options as motel does not have a restaurant. Provide simple breakfast in morning (bagels, toaster, ceral, coffee). Not really any place to sit and eat though.
“Impressive View”
I have to say this hotel had an inpressive view. We had a room overlooking the lake and hotel is shaped in a way that you have a panoramic view, it was delightful. The restaurant was also very pleasing and the staff exeptionally freindly, the food was very good. Parking was at a premium only because of an event they were holding that afternoon, did get better in evening. The pool was a little disappointing, there was a child taking lessons and you felt in the way due to the size of the pool. Hotel is in need of some TLC in areas however still very nice rooms
“Good Value for the Money”
Driving from Sault Saint Marie pulling a U-Haul, 9hrs was enough for one day. Checking in was easy as all the paper work had already been provided by expedia, parking was availible for car and trailer and the rooms were clean comfortable and good value for the money. Great stop over destination for the night while heading west.

“Won't be back anytime soon”
I found this hotel to be overpriced for the value and as well the service staff was either pleasant but incompetent or competent and quite rude. Checkout time was 11 am and at 11:05 we had hotel staff at the door who simply said "checkout time was at 11!". When I apoologized and said I would be leaving in 15 minutes, the man simply took note on his note pad The night before I called down for help with connecting to the wireless internet system and the staff member who was very polite said that she didn't know anything about it and that maybe it had something to do with Vista but that if I found out perhaps I could let her know because she knew nothing about connecting.
