"Great business travel hotel"
A lot of self-help amenities available 24x7 - coffee and cappuccino, purified water, etc. My only suggestion would be to keep the gym open longer hours.

"Another great Four Seasons hotel"
The hotel was great, as expected of the Four Seasons brand. The staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The bar was comfortable and service prompt. I really couldn't fault anything about our stay. It's a pleasant walk to nearby shopping areas, restaurants and theaters.

"Lovely hotel very local for all amenities."
Lovely hotel very local for all amenities. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Beds lovely and comfortable. The only problem was we were told we would have kingsize beds. But they were only queen size. This was not hotels fault it was Expedia who gave us incorrect information.

"Weekend in Boston"
Hotel staff was exceptional fro check-in to check-out - engaging and helpful in every respect. Room was a bit underwhelming given its cost. Location is very good with easy access to older part of the city, to the Common and Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and to shopping on Newberry and Boylston streets. All are within easy walking distance.

    Theatre District Hotels Guide

Boston’s centerpiece is the Common, America’s oldest public park. The park features a historic graveyard, Swan Boats, and the Frog Pond—an ice skating rink in the winter. The gold dome of the state house sits above the common. The area is heavy with history, and visitors can find references to founding fathers even among the modern buildings of the Theatre District and Downtown Crossing.
