"Close to Boston Opera House"
We stayed just one night. We chose this hotel because of its closeness to the Boston Opera House. Room was very nice. The only problem was that there was only one chair in the room. One person had to sit on the bed and the tv did not swivel so that they could see it. Glad we weren't in the room to watch tv. Thought about requesting another chair but didn't bother since our visit was so short. The hotel restaurant was very good. After the show we stopped in for a late night supper and were very happy with our chicken paninis. Valet parking was excellent. No complaints.

"All the Employees were Superb!"
Every employee I interacted with was of exceptional caliber. Times were tough; we were all enduring our 4th or 5th severe snowstorm in Boston. I'd like to give my experience at the Parker House a "10". (Super Excellent!) -K

"Consistently nice hotel"
I've stayed at Nine Zero several times. Always am greeted by a nice staff including valet. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable with some good reading material. Great location too. Prices are normally reasonable. I happened to need to go to Boston the week of Columbus Day weekend last fall and ALL hotel rooms in Boston seemed to cost twice what they normally do including Nine Zero but that must have been due to the demand.

"Nice Hotel - Near theaters"
We came in to see a show. We needed a restaurant recommendation, and were very happy with Abby Road, 2 doors away, on a FREEZING windy night in January. Food was excellent; service great. We would definitely stay here again. Were suprised, however, with pricy breakfast buffet price and skipped it.

"Another great Four Seasons hotel"
The hotel was great, as expected of the Four Seasons brand. The staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The bar was comfortable and service prompt. I really couldn't fault anything about our stay. It's a pleasant walk to nearby shopping areas, restaurants and theaters.

"Weekend in Boston"
Hotel staff was exceptional fro check-in to check-out - engaging and helpful in every respect. Room was a bit underwhelming given its cost. Location is very good with easy access to older part of the city, to the Common and Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and to shopping on Newberry and Boylston streets. All are within easy walking distance.
