Okay for the price

Posted 31-Mar-2015
Pros: Nice room. Nice pool.
Cons: Better ventilation on main floor. Too smokey. Snack bar at the pool.
Location: On the north end of the strip across from the Wynn. Okay location.
Made a quick family trip down to Las Vegas for spring break. Found good price on Expedia but they will charge you a 'resort fee' for use of the pool and wifi - whether you want it or not. But still a good price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room had fridge and safe. Pool is okay, kinda small for how many people were there. There was a DJ playing hip-hop music kinda loud, so if you're not into that, you've been warned. There is no snack bar at the pool. There are bikini-clad waitresses bringing drinks to people but they seem to spend most of their time catering to the folks who paid for a cabana. The rest of us went thirsty... There was a hot tub but it was full of drunk college guys... And it's a long walk from the elevators. Not sure why they designed it that way. My biggest complaint - and it's the same for every hotel in Vegas - is that the whole place smells like an ashtray. Just walking from the garage to the elevators makes your eyes water. It would really be nice if casinos would put in some decent ventilation. And, there was cable TV with a decent selection of channels but the controls are bad - not sure what it was but you would push a button and it would take several seconds for the TV to respond. It wasn't the batteries, but it got annoying.

Pool oasis in March.

Loved hanging by the pool area with walk up bar. Convenient location to Mirage and convention area. Staff unaware of tram hours and operations.

Food and cigarettes

I thought that the smoke which wafted into the elevators and the restaurants was terrible. The food at the restaurant was not very good either. The room itself was the only redeeming quality of staying at Treasure Island.

Nice updated hotel with beautiful rooms.

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Pros: Modern upscale feeling rooms, only got lost 1 time in the casino, easy check-in/out, coupons/special offers were waht heaviy influenced the reserv.
Cons: Cleaner bar (staff was a little disorganized too).
Location: Booked due to cerntal location to other upscale casinos and less walking distance to attractions. Duce bus stop was a life saver!
Beautiful hotel and not as far of a walk as other hotel/casions to the strip. Nice entertainment options in teh hotel and good food. Room servie was a littel over an hour out for late night ordering and unfortunately the girfriend encouted a small cockroach at the Breeze bar (eww) but over all a great experience.

Mid range hotel

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Pros: location on the strip
Cons: Make it a no smoking venue or improve air circulation
Location: Las Vegas. Enough said
Not one of the fancier strip hotels but good value for money. The casino reeked of cigarette smoke as did the hallways of the rooms Fortunately my room did not smell or I would've checked out immediately Resort fee is a rip off but is almost routine now Pulsing rap music at pool is a bit loud and pool area is too small for the size of the hotel

It was..... okay.

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Cons: It needs to be updated.
Location: The location is great. Really, anywhere on the strip is great.
TI is a decent hotel.... but for the same amount of money you can stay at the Venetian, or Aria- which are FAR nicer and much newer. I am well aware that Vegas is expensive- but I felt at TI, they charged you for EVERYTHING. I stayed at the Venetian last year and we got free early check in, free late check out and a room upgrade. At TI- they charge $30 for early check in, $40 for late checkout. Not to mention a $30 resort fee for each day. ( This is standard, all resorts charge a fee)
