“lyndys”
Would definitely stay here again. Great service, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Hotel was in new condition.

“Nice place to stay”
Breakfast was good. They had sausage biscuits and ham biscuits, hard boiled eggs, fruit and juice. The AC used a thermostat, not a dial labeled 1-10 to control the temp. They also had a shower, not a bath tub that made the morning easier.
“Nice new and clean hotel”
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in The Colony area. It is right on the Highway 121 toll road and very easy to access. The facility is less than one year old so it is very clean and well maintained. The management is very helpful.
“Ideal for us”
We stayed here for two weeks, everything in the hotel looked new and was kept in good condition the whole time. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was self serve and quite basic but did have some warm food on offer, it provided us with all we wanted at the start of each day. The room was quite large and had plenty of storage space. Our impression was of a modern, clean, efficient hotel that we would be glad to stay at again.

The hotel is excellent in all physical terms but what is really unusual is how friendly and helpful are the staff.
“Good Enough”
While the layout of the suite was great for us and our tween, a few problems arose during our three-night stay. Our room key kept getting de-activated, and one of the desk clerks was downright surly when asked to reprogram it. Also, one night the power went out for several hours, and we would have been completely in the dark if it wasn't the glow of our laptop. When we called the desk to find out the status, again the desk clerk had a bad attitude. It was very unfortunate, because the hotel isn't inexpensive or close enough to the "upscale" Frisco shopping district and restaurants for people to want to return there just for the area. I don't know whether we will return.
“Good Experience”
Very nice experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. Good Breakfast. Would stay here again.
“Rooms very small for a suite”
Although the locations was great for the business at hand, the room was extremely small, the breakfast not as good as others for the same money and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. Next time I will try to find another location.
