Really enjoyed our stay, my only drawback was I couldn't get the shower to work in 212. It was a dribble that then became nothing. Forgot to mention at check out 🙈. Staff were all friendly and helpful in a non-imposing way. Impressive decor, cleanliness and shagpile for a hotel.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. This is including the members that check you in, and the restaurant staff. I LOVE the coffee machine on the floor! It’s the littl details that make it. I also love the location. My birthday lady had an amazing time!!

Breakfast very expensive and very average - additional cost for coffee and service and we were guests! Staff serving breakfast unknowlegable about the product and quite rude.
