“Great Value, great staff”

This place is exceptional value, breakfast was better than expected with a great selection, staff where very friendly and accommodating. Kids loved the indoor pool and spa. Overall would definitely go back.

“Very Nice”

We have stayed here several times before for romantic getaways in the "High End" rooms and have always been very happy. This time we booked very late but still got a king bed with a fireplace and balcony for a price typical of a basic room in this area. Great value, good service, good breakfast and a nice central location in the Berkshires.

“Bed Was Too Hard”

The Yankee Inn was fine, especially for the price. However, the bed was way too hard. My wife and I both woke up very sore. Actually, I didn't get much sleep because of the bed.

“Comfortable and cozy”

I found the hotel a week before our trip because we had to change our destination at the last minute and had to take one of the few rooms available. Fortunately the room was very clean and cozy, though small and in the older section of the hotel. The bedding was very nice with down comforters and comfortable mattresses. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices, with made to order waffles and fresh fruit. I would definitely consider staying here again since the rate was very reasonable and the hotel has a very convenient location to the Berkshires.

“Enjoyed my stay”

the section we stayed in was old (outdated), BUT all in all the bed very comfortable. What was the big plus were the staff..very kind, professional and friendly. The pool was older/water more cold than I would like (indoor) pool..and the hot tub not as hot as I would like. I had a comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.. (just think the older part needs some renovations and updates..(flat screen tvs), newer bathrooms/showers..but I defintely would come back to this hotel

“A fancy strip motel”

The hotel was convenient, clean and quiet. The breakfast service was poor - a hallway table set up to make omelets, a very crowded breakfast room with too few tables for the number of guests. The staff was polite and organized. The pools are very small, the exercise room consists of three machines. The setting was a strip mall type setting, nothing picturesque. Overall it was overpriced even for this overpriced area.

“Motel on busy road, not very impressed”

Spent two nights at the Yankee Inn, chose it as could not get into any of our first choice b & b inns in the area. It was very ordinary, continental breakfast was a 'bun fight' with it being available a couple of yards from the main reception area and with very little seating for the number of guests. We like to walk to a restaurant in the evening and very few to choose from in the near vicinity and very medioca. The Berkshires is a lovely area though but if we visit again would look for something smaller and with more personal service. This was our least favourite accommodation of our two week visit to USA.

“Uncomfortable Beds”

we stayed here four nights for our daughters wedding. The beds were so hard we could not get a good nights sleep. We got more tired and haggard looking with each day. We moved on to Connecticut from there and collapsed on the awesome beds ever! I would not stay here again.
