“Excellent value for money and very clean”
Room was super clean. Bathroom required a little maintenance but was very clean. Towel rack was falling off and slight leak from under toilet bowl. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some road noise but nothing bad. Cold winter night but the room was toasty and heat was already on for us. Value for money was excellent.
“Great value”
Big rooms, comfortable beds, decent continental breakfast, nicely refurbished and maintained. I've stayed here five times now and never had a problem. Really an excellent value. Although it's out on the highway (set back, no road noise in rooms) away from main towns, it's centrally located and convenient to everything -- minutes from Pittsfield or Lenox.
“worth the money”
Dated but clean. It was worth the money. Small rooms, but how much room do you take up while sleeping?
“Perfect base camp for seeing Tanglewood and area”
I had read other reviews and was ready to be hassled at the counter. Instead the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The cost was exactly as advertised and the rooms were neat and clean. Easy access to all area sights.
“Good Place For A Quick 1-night Stay”
I was a little nervous about the prospects of a $75 motel but this place is clean and convenient (right at the Mass Pike exit and about 8 miles from Tanglewood). No amenities to speak of and if there's someone in the room above you, you'll know it, but if you're looking for little more than a place to sleep, this place is fine. I will use it again
“Simple comfort”
This hotel is in a great location and though simple and not upscale, provides the necessary comforts for a traveler. The staff is welcoming and accomodating. Microwave, refrigerator and wireless internet are all there, plus easy accessibility from the Mass Pike and other attractions in the area. My first choice when visiting Stockbridge!

“pleasant stay”
This was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked fine, and so did the TV. I would happily stay there again.

as a "spur of the moment trip" this hotel was just fine for the price and the location. I would recommend this hotel for a place to sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful. the linen clean.
“Great location, hotel is nothing special”
Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. This hotel is adequate for a short stay. There is a reason why it is one of the cheapest hotels in the area.
