Property Amenities
Our friendly resort offers double, twin and triple bed, air-conditioned bungalow suites, set around a small swimming pool, with Thai/western restaurant, coffee/beer bar, and of course free wifi and PC internet throughout the hotel.
Our step-free resort is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with wide doorways and all rooms built to ADA guidelines.
To ensure that your expectations are met, please bear in mind the following:
Our hotel is not within a piped water or waste area. We use our own on-site well and waste treatment facilities. This means that whilst our water supply is quite adequate and never runs dry, we have to pump this water some distance to our guest rooms. You'll notice that our shower water pressure varies from acceptable to very good, depending upon what mood our shower pump is in.
Many of our guests leave early in the morning for their outbound flight, or for onwards travel to their holiday hotel. So we do not include breakfast in our room rates. We can provide a buffet or cooked breakfast at 150 baht/person (paid at the hotel)
Our airport shuttle is free from hotel to airport, and charged at 100 baht from airport to hotel, (because we must pay to wait in the airport car-park). Our shuttle is free to/from nearby Nai Yang beach.
If you need our shuttle to meet your arriving flight, please ensure that you request this in your booking notes, and please provide your flight number and approximate arrival time. We monitor flight delays and our driver will wait for you, even if your flight is very late or arrives in the middle of the night.
Our Thai staff comes from a range of backgrounds, including several from remote villages in north Thailand. Please be patient if their command of English is limited, and don't hesitate to speak to our British or American managers if you're having problems communicating your needs.
Within a few minutes from our hotel, there are various amenities, such as ATM machines, currency exchange, 24/7 minimart, pharmacy, beach, airport, golf, diving, motorbike hire.

Rooms
We will try to provide you with your choice of bed style, but this may not be possible at busy times, or for late bookings. It may be necessary to place twin beds together for a double bed configuration. We apologise in advance if your choice of bed style is not available.
Our beds are furnished with mattress cover, under and top sheet, and silk topper. Lightweight quilts are available on request. We change all bed linen and towels every day, or every 2 days if a guest stays for more than 1 night.
Our en-suite bathrooms feature a 'roll-in' shower, toilet and wash-basin. Especially for our American guests, please note that the shower and toilet are in the same 'wet' area. This Thai-style design was chosen to ensure compliance with the guidelines of the ADA (American Disability Association) regarding access for wheelchair users.
Housekeeping is provided daily and all guestrooms are non-smoking. You may smoke in external, public areas.

To make requests for specific accessibility needs, complete the “Special or Accessibility Requests” section of “Trip Preferences” when you book your hotel.
Dining
Our small restaurant is open throughout the day and evening, and offers a range of tasty Thai and western dishes, as well as hot, English breakfast. We also stock a choice of beers and spirits. You can order your meal and drinks for serving in your room or by the swimming pool
Guests are welcome to purchase food and drink from the large choice of nearby restaurants and food-stalls.
Recreation
Our swimming pool is open day and night, ideal if you've just arrived after a long flight. We also offer Thai massage, either in our open-air sala or in the privacy of your guest room.
For golfing afficiados, Blue Canyon Golf Club is just minutes away by hotel taxi.
If you're staying with us for a longer period, you can rent a motorbike or car to explore Phuket or nearby Phang Nga. Daving, snorkeling and kite-boarding are all available at the nearby Nai Yang beach
We can arrange for a local tour agent to visit during your stay with details of tours and excursions that you can book directly with them
We also offer a private taxi transfer to Phuket Rassada Port, for onward travel to Phi-Phi, Krabi (Ao Nang) or Lanta Island. Our driver will assist you to purchase the ferry ticket and will ensure that you board the correct boat.

“phuket airport”
very basic, very cheap, one minute from the airport so perfect when you have connecting flight out of phuket - ideal really, clean bed next to airport that you don't have to waste any money on.
“Best link place to stay en route to the islands”
very friendly staff and quite a sweet if fairly basic hotel. Much better part of the island to stay than Patong Beach. We would certainly return en route to the islands
“Good for short time stay”
Nice location. 2 minutes from the airport by car, 15 minutes to the beach my walk. Excellent place to stay when arriving to Phuket or before leaving... but not for a long stay. Not many restaurants or shops around.
