"We enjoyed everything about this hotel. I traveled with my family. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurants at the hotel offered a variety of food options. "It was a beautiful resort, safe and convenient. The staff were very friendly. When some personal laundry was lost, the staff compensated us for it by refunding part of the laundry bill. The food was excellent although a bit pricey. "

"The property grounds are huge and set in very nice manicured gardens that are beaitifully maintained. The resorts 3 pools are large and clean and we especially liked the swim up bar in pool number 2. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location of the resort right in Nai Yang beach can't be beaten. "
