"Hotel is in a great location, next to the train station, close walk to the ferries, and across the street from the water. In addition, close to shopping, restaurants and a Rewe store. Has a dry sauna & wet (wasn’t working during my stay). Hotel staff friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again! "

"We had a great 3 day stay at the property. Very ancient building (1350 !). Rooms were very authentic, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. Great view on the BodenSee. Breakfast buffet very nice. Restaurant has magnificent view on the lake. Would highly recommend for a romantic escape. "

"The room was excellent particularly the bed and sheets. It was a nice touch to have complementary beer and soft drinks in the refrigerator. Shower was excellent. We chose to eat at the hotel down the street because it look very traditional. the food there was excellent."
