I ended up buying the suite with the jet tub. Nice sized room. Very clean. Very good lighting. This stay is alot better than many others. Dont expect a nice breakfast at the hotel but one of my favorite places which is the waffe house....is literally near the hotel. There are many nearby places for food as well. This place has very easy access to the highway which i like about it as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was fine. However the A/C sounded like an electric can opener everytime the compressor cycled on. The breakfast consisted of pastries and cereal no actual hot food such as eggs or sausage for waffles or pancakes.

Poor service, broken AC
I rented a room for Saturday and Sunday nights. I arrived about 3 am Sunday morning and was told I couldn’t check in until 3 pm despite the fact that I’d rented the room for Saturday night as well, and check in time would have been 3 pm that previous afternoon. The person at the front desk kept insisting she was “still on Friday night’s books”. I literally had to pull up the calendar on my phone and prove what day it was. There was no acknowledgement that she was wrong or apology, just a “give me your ID and credit card and I’ll see what I can do”. I finally did get checked in. Later that day the AC stopped working but I was close enough to checking out that I just dealt with it as it would have made no sense to get another room at that point.

Get what you paid for!
Hotel room was not cleaned. Cat food on the floor, toliet seat had dried urine!!!!! When I brought to front desk attention she complained about housekeeping as well! was offered to switch rooms the next day, I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned by this time. I asked for a discount and was not offered as well. Stay next door at red roof!! Good thing about this hotel is there is a Starbucks and Waffle House walking distance!!!

First room, smelled moldy and smoky. Also, the fire alarm was chirping. The staff were kind enough to move us to a room on the lower level. When we walked in, it reeked of smoke. Both rooms claimed to be smoke free but both rooms had ash trays in them. We tried to suck it up and deal with it, but after we got back from the hotel from the wedding we attended around 11:00pm, we walked into the room and the smell was just unbearable. So we packed up and drove back home for 4 hours in the middle of the night because the smell was that bad. It made our eyes burn and sinuses rage. When we got home, ALL of our stuff that was in the hotel room REEKED of that smoky, moldy smell. It was awful. I washed our duffle bag and everything. None of this would have bothered us EXCEPT that the room advertised and claimed to be “smoke free” even with the little smoke free symbol on the door. But it’s clearly not smoke free. There were even burn marks on the edge of the bathtub; like someone took a warm bath with their cigarette resting in the ashtray but it feel off onto the edge and left its mark. The receptionist at the hotel was lovely. But the hotel was a gross disappointment.

We checked in and the property was so bad my daughter and I immediately left the room and checked back out and drove 30 minutes to another hotel. People lingering all over outside and on balconies.

The woman that checked us in was very rude. Room was old, not taken care of, broken fixtures, and stuffy. Paper thin walls so it was very noisy so none of us slept very well.

Terrible. Had to go back to office to get keys that didn't work 3 times ac/heater didn't not work service counter worker was very irritated and accused us of putting the key next to our phone causing it to not work. TV had maybe 5 channels all digital. For the 80 bux I paid this room and hotel was junk. Will not be back

Hotel wasn’t very good. Room was dirty and the comforter didn’t appear to be very clean. Bathroom door didn’t close at all. You had to really lean into it to get it to close. My mom and my wife never could close it. Also got a phone call around 10 pm saying we need to pay for our dog. Apparently there is a $20 charge for pets even though it says pet friendly on the website and doesn’t mention any extra cost. They wouldn’t let us pay before we left or charge my card so I had to go pay right then and there. The man on the phone was pretty rude about it. He was nowhere to be seen when I went up front. Just his wife. Figures.
