The location is great, close to Old Town Temecula and in the heart of the wine valley. I am in the hotel business - appreciated the staff - very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself, however, is very dated and needs a refresh badly (and while a nit, the showerhead placement is the oddest I've ever seen and does not work very well). Fitness center was very nice. Finally, F&B program is lacking - only one restaurant/bar and hideously overpriced.

Hotel was very nice. Issues with the restaurant— we were a party of 10 and service was slow, one of our party didn’t get his meal until the rest of us were finished (his meal was comped; it was an error by the cook), 3 complaints about too much salt in salads and a salmon dish; the waiter took way too much time getting our orders tallied for payment. Overall judgment: none of us would go back to the restaurant.

The shower did not work. Couldn’t take a shower th entire stay. And they didn’t let us check in till 4:45pm. We said something to staff and they mentioned refunding hotel stay fees and a credit to Expedia for the inconvenience.

Overall a very nice getaway, but some parts of the villas are a little dated. We booked a space with two queen beds as there were three of us staying in the room, however most items are set up for two people only (number of glasses for wine, two mugs, two chairs for the dining table inside and out). There was also nowhere to really hang towels except for one hook on the back of the bathroom door. we had wet bathing suits, pool towels, hand towels and regular body towels that could never quite dry because of that. Also we were getting ready for a wedding and could have used some other mirrors in the room, one of the outlets in the bathroom was not working and we were trying to squeeze into a tighter space with curling irons and blowdryers to make it work. If there was an extra mirror in the common space it might make things a little easier. We ended up requesting more blankets because there were only think sheets and a thin blanket on the beds. Not sure if that’s typical but wanted to mention. We really enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub seemed a little green, though I heard it got a little better after a couple of days. The staff was extremely accommodating though, going above and beyond with amazing attitudes and general helpfulness. The restaurant onsite was also wonderful, but very overpriced. The service at the restaurant was excellent though.

A far cry from when we last stayed here, years ago, yes. Times change, yes but this was an extreme disappointment. No blankets for the rom. They were being washed. Menu at restaurant was lacking n options.

Beautiful place to stay. We stayed in a 2 queen bed villa which was roomy and perfect! The pool area was also very appreciated with warm water and shade for the chairs.

My friend and I went here for a one night getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. We rented a queen villa and it was really nice and clean. My only complain is the pillows which was pretty uncomfortable! The staff were really nice. They gave us a complimentary wine. The wine tasting area was so cozy and welcoming. Overall, we had a great day at this reaort. We are definitely going back.

It’s a pretty run down property. The furniture looks like it’s from the 1800s and there’s black carpet in the room. To make matters worse, the carpet wasn’t fully vaccumed so u can see things on it. The bathroom is also severely outdated.

Great location to go to nearby wineries. The room was spacious. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Nice lobby and hospitable and courteous staff. We couldn’t enjoy the pool cause the weather was on the cooler side.

Room was clean and cozy with the fireplace. HVAC system is dated and very loud! Room service was disappointing as it came with paper plates and plastic silverware. A fork tip broke off in my breakfast, very crunchy. Wines are good and the tour/tasting was excellent.

I was here overnight for a sales award gala and enjoyed myself. It was raining so I took advantage of their shuttle service to get from the hotel to the conference center. Walking back that evening when the rain had ended I was pleasantly surprised to hear bullfrogs croaking. All the staff were very nice and I felt that they saw me as a guest not just a customer. Our room was clean, we had a cute fake fireplace. Large fridge. Coffee is on the stronger side so one cup was my limit! I would definitely stay here again

Overall great experience. Room service was good. I was hoping they would have a magnifying mirror like other high end hotels and an easier way to get a latte in the morning.

The resort was in a great location. We were close to several wineries. The food that I had for breakfast was not great..undercooked. The staff was great.
