It was at a good location for the reason I went to Lake Elsinore. The only down was that I could here all the noise of toilets or showers running at night. Breakfast opinions were good.

Didn’t service our room for 3 days. Maid service said we had our do not disturb sign each time they checked and we definitely took it off before we left each day between 11:00AM and 12:00PM. They wouldn’t even comp us any extra discounts. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was honestly one of the best and cleanest hotels in the area. David was really helpful and informative about everything I had a question on.

Clean, pleasant staff, nice breakfast. But couch functional but broken. No bedding or blanket in room for it, had to go down to get it. Since I paid extra for there to be an extra person, I would’ve expected room to have . Plus pool had no towels, shouldn’t have to go to the office for everything.

Check-in staff was great. Our room was decent. The restroom in our room had some make-up or something on the light switch that was concerning. The fold out couch had some noodle like substance on the liner that was pretty gross. Night attendant was disturbing me while I was using the downstairs restroom at 3AM. He thought I was a vagrant but a vagrant should not be able to access the building unless they came past the front door, in theory anyway. I didnt like being talked to through the door while ai was trying to handle my business. The floor in the downstairs public bathroom was gritty. Also only one of two restrooms were open. Breakfast was fantastic.

The property was easy access, quiet and safe for sure. I was able to book it very quickly and when I got there everything was in order. The room was clean, ready to go, and overall quiet. A good stay for someone needing a night or two. Plus a city that's open a little later so if you're hungry you can find something, somewhere.

Nice hotel for families
At first I saw some mixed reviews about this hotel. We went with our kids and grandma because it was close to the Polar Express in Perris. It’s clean and staff is friendly when you come in. It is close to a Walmart if you need to grab anything and right by lake Elsinore. It has an indoor pool which was nice at night, they have the heat on 84. The water is a bit cold but feels warm once you are in. The complimentary breakfast is totally worth it. Our son loved the pancake maker. Grandma loved the biscuits and gravy. The room was nice for the price. Bed was like 4/5 for comfort. Not the best but not the worst. We will def come back and try it out again.
