This is a nice hotel. It's not a 5-star property, but it is clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping crew were inconsistent, not in their cleaning, but in their leaving the bath linens and coffee supplies.

Elevators were regularly broken, it's so narrow that we saw a disabled person on a wheelchair unable to get into it. It barely fits 2 people. Our room was so small that we kept tripping over luggage, to make things worst they put a pole in the middle for the TV taking even more room space. Another room was a little bigger b

Great in everything
The hotel has a great location, couple of minutes from the beach and walkable to most places to see and eat, and very secure area. Plus, is two minutes from the Sheraton, a pickup spot for most tours. The room has all that is needed and is comfortable. The staff is great, specially Tehilla, she is outstanding: helpful, fast, very friendly and always looking to help. All employees should be like her. I would stay there again without doubt.

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The parking cost extra but at least they offered it. The restaurant was really good as was the breakfast which came with my room. So much food! My only negative would be the room was on the small side compared to what I'm used to in the US.

Very good hotel with one problem.
Clean, large room with good AC. Only drawback was lack of hot water for morning shower. I informed service desk a day before I left but still no hot water last day.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Prima City , comfortable , clean , safe and the friendly staff made our stay pleasant and unforgettable, one of the perks we were pleasantly surprised was that after a 14 hour flight , our room was ready waiting for us , we arrived close to noon and extremely tired and to have the room ready was absolutely wonderful.

The bathroom had mould on the taps. The sheets on the bed were not clean and found hair on the pillow. I also got bed bugs! Will not be going to this hotel again.

This fairly small mid priced hotel in Tel Aviv was really excellent --staff was great especially Natalie at the front desk--location was great near the beach & shopping in Dizengoff St. i would highly recommend staying at the Prima City

We really liked Prima. The location, near the beach is outstanding. Rooms are fine and clean. Staff are great. I'd definitely stay there again.

Prime City - Great location and world-class staff!
Prima City was a home away from home for my family during our stay over the Passover holiday week. The staff was excellent. Great breakfast and so convenient to have a great restaurant (not owned by the hotel) on the premises in the evening. AND,,.a few minutes from beautiful beaches! Really want to thank Ksenia, Sudani, Gal, Luba, Hadar and the manager. They made the stay even more spectacular and special.

Excellent stay in Tel Aviv
Good location near beach. Comfortable room, staff excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. Restaurant in hotel and food very good. All in all a good hotel and would happily go back.

The area was good, close to the beach, and the breakfast was really good. The hotel was a little dated. Requested a wake up call on two occasions and never received either one.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not very clean. The lobby is pretty small and cannot fit many people. Location is very convenient and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast on Saturday morning was great.

Good solid second level hotel but price matters
The hotel is a solid second level hotel. Good quality and very close to the beach. Only breakfast service. It’s become very expensive at $300+ not including breakfast and I will only stay there when close to $200- 225. The website also had the wrong room size which created a false expectation. It’s a good place nice room clean pretty lobby but it’s a solid second level hotel close to the beach. But what you pay will greatly impact whether you feel good about staying there.

гостиница возле моря и недалеко от центра
хорошая гостиница, совсем рядом с морем. комната небольшая, но уютная. ванная комната очень удобная. большая, с небходимым набором мыла/шампуня. дизайн холла элегантный, завтраки очень хорошие. недостатки небольшие, но есть. главное-невозможно регулировать температуру в комнате. если кондей работает, то он работает, нельзя выставить желаемую температуру, не могла спать ночью от холода. второй минус-отсутствие возможности повесить купальники. ванная комната большая, можно или сделать вытягивающуюся веревку в душевой кабинке, или на полочке под раковиной добавить места, чтобы повесть что-то, есть такое для полотенец , прибить еще 2-3 такие несложно.

Nice hotel and perfect location in TelAviv.
Great small hotel in a perfect location for walking, eating and relaxing. Close to beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and sraff was very friendly and helpful!!

You Cant go wrong staying here.
Tel Aviv has become the most expensive city in the world. This Hotel Prima City is a moderately priced clean and well equipped oasis one block from the beach. Convenient to nightlife, restaurants, places of worship and boardwalk
