“No complaints here”
I really have nothing to complain about. The hotel has been recently renovated and has a great look/feel. The staff were friendly, the buffet breakfast was great and the facilities were top notch. Herods is not out of place standing next to the other 5-star hotels overlooking the marina.
“What a charm in Tel Aviv”
Our stay at Herrods was positive from the start. The hotel staff were friendly and willing to go the ectra mile. The hotel was full of charm and perfectly situated and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We'll defintely be staying there again !
“Great hotel but standards slipped”
This was our 2nd stay of the holiday, unfortunately the second experience was not as good as our first. The room wasn't quite the same quality and we arrived back to our room from the beach to find no towels on 2 days and had to call down to ask guest services to send some up. On the second day we were given small pool towels instead of the proper higher quality room towels that we had received on the first day. It is a very beautiful hotel and I would recommend it to my friends but I would warn that it's standards aren't always at the same level.
“An OK value”
Breakfast was superlative. The hotel restaurant and bar were adequate given what was available in walking distance. The hotel was a decent facility. HOWEVER, there are there are issues: 80 NIS for WiFi, which should be free 60 NIS for parking, which should be at least identified the constant confusion at the concierge's desk made it difficult to get your car or info about Tel Aviv
“Super location”
Perfect location, basically located on the beach. Design definitely not Tel Aviv standard (artificial plastic trees etc!) Staff service generally excellent with a few negative exceptions.
“Herods Tel Aviv aka Leonardo Plaza”
So no one knows this hotel as Herods...they all know it as Leonardo plaza. The outside of the hotel is not so good...but the lobby is ok. Room is great. Very clean. They provide you with complementary water which is great in the summer! We had free access to the business center which we got free drinks (water, soda, coffee, tea), cookies/pasteries, computer access, and free printing! The hotel staff was very nice. Two negative points... 1) We had put the privacy sign on our door and left for a couple hours. When we got back we saw that our room was made and the privacy sign was still on the door. When we called to notify housekeeping of what had happened, they said they're sorry and would send us some munchies... we got a bottle of champaign which would have been great if I wasn't pregnate and able to drink. 2) they're room service is 24 hours but late at night they only have a cheese plate available.

“Tres mal equipee, mal entretenu”
Hôtel en péril, rien ne tien debout, joli a voir mais ne pas toucher sinon ça tombe en ruine. Exemple: prises électrique ne marche pas Lampadaire ne tien pas debout Étagère de serviette de bain tombe systématiquement Téléviseur plasma mal monté, en diagonal Fuite de la clim en pleine nuit, il téléphone à 8h du matin pour réparation Personnel de la réception peu sympa La seul chose de positif c'est les ascenseurs, ils sont très rapide.
