Good not great, but recommended!
The hotel was overall good, the service was great and it's very clean. The infrastructure is a bit old, and the common areas were not very comfortable. For a business trip it was all you need but if you are looking for something fancy there could be better options.

The hotel is fine. However, I found it very noise and you could hear everything from the other rooms and corridors. apart from that, the hotel is just fine

Stayed here often but also stayed in over ten hotels in Tegucigalpa. This is the best hotel in the country. Try it out and get an executive room with snacks they are the best value.

Marriot is Ming the nicest hotels in Tegucigalpa. Rooms and facilities are in good shape. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast buffet has lots of options for kids.

Great place to stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. Whatever we asked for we got right away. The sports bar was a lot of fun for all ages. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great Value
Premises a little dated and could use a soft goods update. Building a new building next door so a little noise but not too bad. Great value in Tegicgalpa compared to the rest of the available hotels. Stayed in most of the other main hotels and this is the best deal. Don't like the fact that the Executive club is closed on the weekends.

Best hotel in Teguc
We go to Tegucigulpa at least once a year and always stay at The Marriott. We LOVE the 24 hour gym. It is the nicest gym of any hotel we have stayed at. The cafe, bar, and restaurant are a wonderful convenience especially for families. The hotel is about 10 min drive from the airport and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Air conditionning was turnoed off in Lobby, room as not ready when I arrived at 2:30 pm, receptionist sent me to the Lounge to wait, Air conditionning at Lounge was also turned off, waited for an hour and nobody called me back, got room after an hour waiting, in room furniture old and in bad shape

A Marriott?!!
Construction next door began at 7AM on Sunday morning. Woke up to beeping sounds of equipment backing up, construction workers yelling...at 7AM on Sunday!! Bath tub did not drain well as a shower...standing in water...had to wait for it to drain so I could rinse my feet. There was one large bottle of water on the night stand...called operator to ask if it was comp or charged...they said charged...front desk later said it was comp...too late!!! At breakfast, one asked for coffee fill up, waiter came, filled cup of requester...didn't bother to ask anyone else, we all could have used more coffee...very poor service. This is supposed to be a Marriott!!!
