“Quiet, relaxing and minutes from downtown Taos.”

For the money, you can't beat the San Geronimo in Taos, NM. My only irritation is there are no coffe makers in the rooms. Aside from that we were quite pleased.

“Very comfortable & relaxing”

The San Geronimo Lodge was the perfect place to stay. My room was great, clean & very private. The grounds were very relaxing, and quite. Breakfast in the morning was 1st rate. Charles & Pam were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond, by getting me maps and information about my upcoming hike the next day. I would recommend the San Geronimo Lodge to anyone interested in comfort & quality.

“Best night of sleep on the trip and wonderful room ambiance.”

Signage at corner made it difficult to find entrance at night but the room was wonderful. Unfortunately, our friends had a room downstairs that had no chairs or desk so their experience was not as wonderful as ours. I loved the mattress in our room - #14. Also, the meditation path and labyrinth were a special way to end our visit. I would definitely stay there again.

“A spiritual taste of New Mexico”

The Lodge and room had character to it. It was not your typical motel without personality. The downstairs was warm, colorful, artful and well decorated in the New Mexican pueblo mode. Breakfast was excellent. Outside was quite beautiful with spiritual, peaceful object sincluding a labyrinth to walk and meditate. The only complaint I had was that the faucet handle to the tub was broken and one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out.

“Historical Lodge in Taos!”

Old dude ranch now Bed and Breakfast in quiet location. Fascinating artwork and furnishings. Interesting owners - helpful with suggestions of what to see and do. Prayer path & labyrinth on property - unusual!

“Quiet and quaint!!”

Definitely would stay at the San Geronimo again. Very nice atmosphere. Location is away from the plaza area of Taos, so it is very quiet. Beautiful artwork everywhere in the lodge and the dining room is beautiful. Even though there was no choice for breakfast, what was provided was very good. And there was a good variety every day. The coffee was excellent and there was a choice of juices, cereals and bread for toast. The do need to do a little work on the landscaping. The place could definitely use a little more "curb appeal".

“Comfy and personal”

The innkeepers were very kind and welcoming folks. The lodge is charming and authentic, but bathrooms and rooms are ready to be updated. Place was clean and it was a good value. Great breakfast! And an overall nice experience for a relaxing weekend, but this won't be the place for a luxurious getaway. But if you want a personal experience and support a local innkeeper, you will get a more authenic view of Taos living by staying here.

“Would definitely stay there again.”

We knew nothing about this hotel before we went but were pleasantly surprised. It is a very cozy hotel and the owners were very nice. They served a wonderful breakfast each morning and the staff was nice as well.

“Bed and breakfast”

San Geronimo lodge was more like a bed and breakfast. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Without a navigation system we would never have found the place! The place is a little run down but very charming. I am not sure we got our money's worth.
