I booked this facility for the name value as "Days Inn by Windham," but very disappointed the quality of room condition; noise of air conditioner, insect in the room, smells, ruin of paint, ext. I do not recommend this hotel for my friends.

Unacceptable conditions. Filthy and Bugs.
A moderate priced hotel. At check in, the receptionist was lovely. The room was musty which is “fine” but once we turned on the lights, it was filthy. Dirt in ice bucket dirty. Greasy Finger prints on light switch, mirror, tv kind of dirty. Hairs on pillow. But then the shower, the handle literally fell off at first touch. We asked for another room and by then there was a different receptionist. (We had left to get food) and the man was the overnight receptionist who was annoyed we asked to switch rooms. The second room was worse! There were BUGS, baby cockroaches and termites. We couldn’t cancel room bc non refundable. The shower was moldy. We got a few hours of sleep and left bc literally we were both itchy.
I can actually live with this but photo shows condition of bathroom. This shouldn’t be $100+ room

Everything was fine. It was very quiet. Staff was friendly and very nice. We enjoy coming to Tannersville Days Inn. This is my husbands favorite motel.

Horrible hotel. Filthy rooms blood on walls and bugs bugs bugs. Will never stay here again its completely disguisting and management wouldnt rectify situation and will not give a refund. Completely ruined a nice weekend

Oh my LORD this was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my life. Smelled like moldy cigarettes & even had ash tray in "non smoking" room. Dirty walls, dirt & hair on the floor. Dirty fridge. Disgusting filth in every corner. Smoke & water damaged curtains. Men outside our room all night, clearly who had rooms but were sleeping in their trucks all 3 nights we stayed. Turning their trucks on and off. Their cigarettes came right through the drafty door. "Breakfast" was DISGUSTING. Crunchy eggs, oatmeal & white bread slices. That was it, displayed in a room with 1 guy on a stool in the corner just staring at you. It was almost a hilarious joke to stay here, but never again. Do not waste your money. Just sleep in your car at a McDonalds. Its the same thing. I will never forget how absolutely disgusting this place was. They should be embarrassed. I should have read the reviews first - and for that, my bad!

The property is motel-style, which was not specified on the website. The furniture and decor of the room was outdated (70s style) and dirty. The bathroom sink was NOT cleaned prior to our check-in. There was a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the main room, not the bathroom. Uncertain if there was any type of security system monitoring the rooms/property. Overall, just a very bad experience.

The property was generally clean, (windows/balcony door could have been cleaned) the room was comfortable but the door was difficult to secure which shook my sense of safety. Front desk supposed to send someone, but after half an hour we gave up and called them off. We were a little uncomfortable - but for no good reason. Very little interaction, would probably try them again.

Room was comfortable and relatively clean. The main areas we used were clean but the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Snacks and container found between bed and night stand as well as next to air conditioner unit behind curtain. Upper area of curtain had large cob web on it.
